It shook and shimmy to the point I thought the steering wheel was coming out of my hands. It was not cleaned out from the last person I had to clean it out myself. Fix the trucks. That would really help. Otherwise it was satisfactory and painless.
Anthony LinvilleI did not get the dolly that I paid for and I put the gas tank back on half full and was still charged 14 dollars. That dolly missing really was a HUGE inconvenience!!!!

Jen JonesUpon pickup, the dolly wasn't in the truck and when dropping off, some guy in a jeep with his child on the back seat showed up wanting to know what I was doing, asking is I was dropping off or picking up, I told him dropping off. I assumed he worked there since he then said, "I got a call that someone was down here, so I came down to see what was going on" I advised him that I didn't get the dolly that I paid for and he then told me he didn't work there. I asked him why was he there then, and he weirdly replied, "we all look out for each other here as though I am not from around here. I advised him that I'm from here as well. He then implied that I was down there to steal catalytic converters, in broad daylight with my friend waiting and cameras all around. I will not be using this location again. The whole thing was a mess.
Tracy FranklinThe person I spoke to at the drop off point had no idea what to do with the trailer. He called his boss and then told me to just drop the trailer where it was. The rental contract requested I call a number when I arrived, I did, and it went straight to a voice mail. I returned the trailer at 9:30 on 12/12/2022. I was called by U-Haul on 12/13/2022 at about 2:00 pm asking if I had returned the trailer. Obviously the drop off location did not check it back in correctly. I was under the impression I would receive a credit for early return of the trailer for the safe tow insurance. I didn't receive that. Not a good experience with this location. Will not use it in the future.
