We dropped off the U-Haul after hours, so there were not any personnel there. The only issue with this location, it is very difficult to park the U-Haul. Otherwise, no complaints and easy location right off of Broadway.Jamie P.

I am truly disappointed to see the arbitrary charges that you added to our final bill. We filled up the u-haul to the same fuel level we checked it out and we were charged $54+ for a fuel charge. Furthermore you charged us a $20 after hour fee because we didn't use the app to check the vehicle back in. Your app would not connect to the internet but we have picture proof that the vehicle was returned at 4:28 am which was an hour earlier than what was required. The Keys were put in the drop box as instructed, so I don't know why we would be charged that kind of fee. (See attached.) If these two fees are not reversed, we will do the following:Issue a dispute with our credit card company.NEVER use u-haul again for any of our moving or event needs.Write as many negative reviews as possible so others are not surprised by these crazy charges.John M.

This location was fine but uhaul basically fucked me over. Thanks. I reserved a trailer 10 days before my move. Upon showing up they tell me their location doesn't have trailers. I call uhaul. They tell me I have to go to a different location 2.5hrs away. 2.5 fucking hours. That's a 5 hour trip. The uhaul person made it sound like it was reasonable on my moving day to drive 5 hours. First off if you have a trailer that far you should have driven it closer to my location since you knew I had the reservation. Secondly the woman was no help. I asked for options, truck with a car towing set, anything, larger trailers. Anything. She couldn't give any options. I hung up can called corporate. They told me they had a covered trailer at a location 5 miles away. It was smaller but I needed anything. It was a stupid packed fit but why the heck couldn't the other woman have told me about the option? Here I was on my out of state move day with no options and no help and uhaul just fucked me over trying to make me drive 5 hours. Don't do this shit. Your job is to help people move by providing rentals. You failed at your one job. If you knew my original location didn't have any trailers, call me. Email me. But no you sent me a text message that didn't mention anything about a change of address. You have 1 job. So you won't make as much money if you have to drive the trailer to me the 2.5 hours but you should have done this so the experience was good for the customer. Driving a trailer inconveniences you a bit. Not have a moving vehicle on the day of your move to another state is a fucking nightmare to a customer. If possible I will never use uhaul again. Again the grease monkey location where I found the covered trailer was great. Helpful staff. Friendly. And the corporate customer support rep was helpful. But damn the local scheduled wasn't. And your systems failed. Next time call or email the person if you have to move the reservation. Next time consider the customer when you change their location 2.5 hours away.Alex R.

Hello, The only issue I had with this experience was that I asked for a military discount on the pickup side (Grease Monkey) and I was told by the sales rep that I would be able to apply for the military discount on the drop off (return) end of the process. Then when I arrived at the drop off location, U-Haul told me that I had to ask for that at the pickup location and that why could do nothing for me. From further discovery, after wanting to file a customer complaint, U-Haul reps at the drop off location told me private sellers don't have to honor military discounts and that my complaint would be denied anyway. Logical response from the pickup location reps should have been â€œwe don't honor military discountsâ€, instead of telling me something that was false. Me and my wife already budgeted for the discount since our forward thinking that the discount would be honored. Is there truly no way to receive a military discount at this point?Nathan C.

Very friendly staff in a really down to earth way, and I was in and out VERY quickly. This experience was way, way better than any experience that I have had at ANY actual UHaul location. UHaul has lost it's way as far as the customer experience. They just don't seem to care, and trying to get satisfaction at the higher levels is just as bad as what you get on the local level. It's a shame really.... The truck at the Grease Monkey location could have been a little bit cleaner, but it was clean enough to where I was ok with it. I would definitely use them again!TERESA M.

The truck was not clean at all, it was not clear before beginning the pickup process that we'd have to verify identities (and how many contacts to provide if we chose that option), and the person who was supposed to be there to give us the key was gone when we tried to pick it up. Overall this was extremely frustrating and we will not be using UHAUL for our moving needs again.Leanna R.

The site is tight and can be difficult maneuvering a trailer around on. The site manager was very helpful but was not knowledgeable about securing the vehicle on the trailer. To her credit, she did not try to advise on the topic but could have mentioned the Uhaul video. The site I actually rented from (County Line Rd) was very frustrating as they did not inform me that the trailer was actually at a different site. They were very dismissive regarding that frustration.MICHAEL G.

The location and staff there were AMAZING. But the process of the 24/7 truck share pickup was awful. I sat at the truck for 15 minutes waiting for rental approval even though I booked the truck an hour before hand. Why can't you just start the approval process before I am standing beside the truck?Robert T.

However, I tried to drop it off at County Road location and was lied to by clerk. He send me over 45 minutes in the wrong direction to another drop off place. It was t even a u hail place. Today, I went to talk to the manager and he refused to discuss the error and and demanded that I leave his facility. Spoke to corporate. I will never use I haul again under any circumstances!Paula P.
Had to return the truck at 8AM on a Holiday because "customer service" said they would charge me for ANOTHER DAY if I kept the truck until 10AM. Guess what? NO ONE WAS AT THE RETURN LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY! So why did I rush to empty the truck in the pouring rain at 10PM the night before? I was disappointed from the time I picked up this truck in Ft. Collins (wrong size AND it leaked in the rain) right up until I returned it TO AN EMPTY LOT. Is there a ZERO STAR rating? The pickup location was good. The reservation system was horrible. I talked to a national rep, was promised a 15' truck to be picked up near my home. They open at 6:00 AM so was promised that. Two days before my trip, I got a message that I could pick up my truck at 10:00 AM in Brighton, on the far north side of Denver, I live in the far south end of Denver. So not anywhere near the location that was promised and the time was 4 hours later than I had booked. I took it because I had no choice, and scrambled to get another helper to help load. I finally called back to see if a smaller truck was available closer to home, which is why I ended up with a 10' truck.. I ended up not taking everything I had planned because I had far less space. All in all, your system has a lot of room for improvement.jack K.

Very hard to find. A visible sign that this was a Uhaul dealer would have been great! Parking was tricky and the grounds are a mess. Self check in was a NIGHTMARE which is the fault of Uhaul. Figuring out how to get that done took half an hour or more and seemed like it is designed to squeeze the extra $20 out of customers to call for assistance. Very unpleasant way to end a hard day of packing, driving an unfamiliar truck, unpacking and trying to find this location. Did not convince me that there isn't a better moving company out there to try next time.rey B.

The 15 foot truck was awful!! The alignment was so bad that in able to drive truck straight the steering wheel was completely sideways!! Combine that with 60 mph winds in Nebraska!!!! I explained this when dropped off, but the 2 very poorly educated gentleman didn't say one word when I told him what was wrong. I paid over 1,000 and not one person offered a discount or anything for giving us a truck that easily could have killed us. Steering wheel sideways for 14 hour drive in high winds towing a suv!!!! Very poor service at sante fe location in Denver! Female was very rude behind desk.... I wouldn't suggest uhaul to anyone I know and care about! Obviously these vehicles are not maintained and they told us they wipe down cab and disinfect it... nope! Trash under seats.. truck stunk like smoke! So during these epidemic times it is very important to disinfect.. they said they did that. But like I said we had to take time out to clean it. Then.... 2 days after I dropped it off the Waterloo location called me wanting to know where there truck and trailer were??? Unreal! I told him to check his camera system and call me back cause I dropped it off already!!! Seems like uhaul will hire the worst of the worst! Thanks uhaul for making our trip shitty as hell!!! Not 1 Star for this shit show rude ass company!!!! I'm gonna give them the worst review on every rental, yelp, any site I can find!!!!Mark K.
