The truck had 143K miles on it. The drivers side door rattled. The noise from the drivers window was so loud I had to use ear plugs for our over 900 mile trip. The oil light came on 10 miles after we picked it up. Road side assistance put approximately 1 gal of oil in it. Why would we get an old worn out rattle trap truck for our long move? It wss absolutely horrible!

I dropped the uhaul off at 2:00am after working 14 hours that day. The app kept telling me there was an issues every time I tried to take a picture and it would send me back to the start. I sat there for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get it to work until finally I called Uhaul customer service. Was pretty upset but glad that customer service was able to get me into a bed at last.

This location was completely inept. Sent us out with a trailer with no electrical. The correct trailer was not matched with the rental paperwork. The customer service was poor. They employees had no idea how to use the UHAUL system. On top of that they messed up the trailer and truck pick up so I am being charged twice despite being told I'd receive a refund for the overcharge amount. Now I need to dispute this issue with customer service. I did not request this location for pickup. I chose a UHAUL facility with good ratings. This location was given to me at the last minute and it was completely useless. It made the start of my move incredibly difficult and stressful.

Originally the U haul website reserved me a truck at their Lakewood,CO location. Unfortunately when I arrived there was no truck available. However the staff quickly found me a truck down in Littleton. 30 minutes later I was on the road. Not happy with the website but happy with the staff in Lakewood and Littleton.

I ended up spending an hour and a 1/2 on the phone talking to customer service and having an extremely poor experience for something that should have been easy. The Greese Monkey location you partner with is extremely run down and falling apart. Their phone is disconnected. I think they tried to commit fraud.

Well too be honest your on-line reservation system had a serious glitch with our rental. Our email confirmation showed our pickup at the Grease Monkey at 6549 S Broadway but we get there and no reservation on file. Luckily they had a trailer that we just rented as a walk-in. Then about 2pm I get a call from the Big Tool Box at 8080 S Holly St asking if we still needed our trailer that we reserved. As you see your system reserved a trailer at one location but sent us to another location for pickup. FYI

Although the man who helped us was very helpful, the equipmebt seemed a but rickitty and u stable. It did, hpwever make it to Phoenix from Denver with zero issues whatsoever.

Sent to a different location then requested even though the vehicle needed was at that location. Location was closed and had to go through the “new” share app process after the fact. Why can’t a customer pickup their unit at the desired location?!?! It’s a bunch of B. S.!!!

Not much can be done - the location was very small and negotiating the entry/exit with a large truck was not the easiest. On the plus side, they were the only U-Haul dealer within 10 miles that had open hours that fit our schedule.That alone would be enough for me to recommend them to anyone else in the same position.

The person who helped me return the trailer was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She offered to let us drop the trailer without backing it up, which saved us time and stress. She was great!

I have to admit I am a little frustrated with my experience...nothing to do with the location I picked up at. I tried to go in to a different store off of County Line yesterday and get the process started so I could make today go by faster. I was told if I start the process, the fee would start. I looked online and the cost for a car dolly was $45...when I got to the location, that cost went from $45 to 85...this is unacceptable. Why would the price almost double from what is posted online. Seeing as how I needed, UHaul made off like bandits, as I only used the dolly for under two hours. The price inflation is absolutely absurd, and I will do my best never to use UHaul again.

This was my third location of the day as I was sent on a wild goose chase to another location after being turned away at the location that I originally booked a 10 foot truck but was then LIED TO and told I had booked a van which is inaccurate. I promise that I will never use UHaul again after using you moire than 20 plus times over the last 15 years.

When I walked in to drop off my trailer the first thing the employee said was “you’re not dropping that off here”. Apparently the system didn’t show my trailer being returned to this location though it was on my paperwork. That being said I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by finally accepting the trailer. The location was disgusting and doesn’t represent U-Haul well. I was glad to get out of there and must say the drop off experience was the low point of the trip.

This U Haul dealer is very difficult to find and access. Equipment that was reserved and paid for was not provided and had to ask for a refund. Would not recommend using this neighborhood U-Haul dealer to anyone. Goto an actual U-Haul store!!!

had to wait quite awhile for them to swap chains for a hook that would fit on my tow bar, but they were working hard and fast as they could. my suggestion was to have some spares on hand, or extra link nuts to improvise safely

Personnel wasn't available when I arrived. Luckily I wasn't in a huge hurry today, so it wasn't a problem. I also requested a nearby location that didn't have the requested equipment - not a huge deal, but since I literally had to drive past the one that I requested on the way from the location that had the equipment to picking up the vehicle I was transporting.

I don't know what exactly happened, or which location was to blame for the mistake but I was charge almost $1,000 for a rental that should have cost less than $300! I still have yet to be refunded, but I'm told "I will get my money back". Terrible organization between locations. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

I had originally ordered 1 -26ft. truck and paid for it weeks ahead when I went to pick it up it was not available. Instead I had to use 2 -15 ft. trucks. which costed me more in fuel and I had to supply another driver VERY UNHAPPY with this solution. I never received the confirmation call the day before I had to contact U-Haul my self. I was told the truck would be available the next morning and it was not.

No clue where to park the trailer. Its a dump and a tight place to drop it off in a place that wasn’t in front of a door. I unhooked the trailer and it rolled forward down the hill and nearly crushed me. It should not be on a hill

Was not very pleased with the online experience. I had booked a 26 foot truck and went back online and change my pick up time to two hours earlier. At no time was I notified or did it say that it change the size of Truck that I had or I would’ve left it. The email that I received confirming Mike might change did not show that my truck it changed either. Now I have to rent a Nother trailer and drive 150 miles round-trip to finish getting my stuff.. Not sure if I will use U-Haul again. This was not the sites issue. But rather the online booking. Customer service when I called them back up to discuss this was not helpful other than saying that I had hit confirm when I changed my time and I stress again that is all I change I did not change trucks

Hard to fit a large truck into their location at Grease Monkey due to small lot and entire thing looks run down. Poor location for U-Haul rental or drop off.

The location was great. Fantastic service. However, if I had a little more time and hadn't already driven to the location, I would not have used U- haul. The process of actually booking the truck was downright criminal. I was 100% mislead about the cost involved. I specifically asked about TOTAL costs, and your saleswoman only revealed a misleading, "base" amount. I speculated this would be the case after she kept pushing for my payment information (you know like after watching a timeshare presentation, or talking to a telemarketer), but it's ultimately my fault for being trustworthy. There were multiple additions and markups once I got down to actually signing the contract. I would imagine this is precisely how you train your U-haul booking agents so I doubt anyone will ever care to read this, but I felt it necessary to express my concern regardless. I am SO GLAD I only needed it for 1 short round trip. This experience could have put a serious dent in my overall net worth otherwise.

There was a box spring in the back of the truck and I couldn't return it because when I realized it the store was closed and I had to pack and leave town. Now stuck trying to figure out how to dispose on my dime because he forgot to check to see if the truck was clean.
