When I received the truck the inside had dirt all on the floor trash under the seats. However, I get charged for not cleaning it out and I rent uhauls all the time. I was charged to much for the mileage it should be unlimited miles for traveling long distance. The company could come up with something for people that own business.Nikesha C.

The back was not clean, the last person did not clean it and the app kept crashing while doing the signing out and in of the rental. The issue making me rather use the live person than the app. In addition, since the app crashed, it had incorrect charge at the end of the rental where had to wait for a hour or so trying to get support to update the case of this issue. I am however happy that the correct charge was finally updated and charged with not a lot of additional calling to U-Haul.Marlon C.
We were told to take the truck to a location on Dogwood 20 minutes away after being contacted prior to take to Gray Motors (which was 3 minutes from our new home). Talk about confusing!monte D.

Have the vehicle that was reserved Have vehicles that work properly Have the equipment that was supposed to be on the truck (Dollie) I made reservations 2 or 3 days inadvance in North Carolina to pick up vehicle in GA at 10am my truck was not there the 1 that was there was huge without a Dollie it took 3hrs for me to get truck. The ramp didn't work road side service was wanting me to delay my already behind schedule move it takes 5hrs to drive back to North Carolina I'm not able to drive at night so with that being said I was forced to due to be non professional uhal pic up sight I'm very very displeasedKimani M.

The only thing I didn't like about my experience was the lock box process. I started panicking about not being able to get the truck, because it was difficult. I gave 5 stars, because I got excellent customer service OVER THE PHONE. No one was at the location at my pick up time, but it felt like someone was physically there.marquia C.

You all charged me $60 for gas when I brought the truck back on FULL. Dont be trying to pimp people out there bread for the BS. Yall offered good service until I got the final bill. How you charge me $60 when you claim I brought the truck back at half a tank when I can show you a picture where I dropped it off FULL. No one was at the location when I arrived. There was a sign on the door with a phone number. I had to stand outside on the phone to create the rental contract and take the truck. The truck was filthy and there were lights on the dash, one saying service monitor, tire pressure. The rented a Uhaul about a month ago and it's always the same thing with your dealers poor service, filthy trucks and vehicles that need service, to the point where I feel unsafe driving them.toynett S.

I explained what how much furniture I had and the fact that my furniture was oversized as well as the number of boxes that I had, a 17 footer was recommended and it was too small,,therefore, I was forced to rent a 2nd truck.THELMA M.
