I was not happy with this experience. I ordered a 20 foot truck 6 weeks before my move date and the day before my pickup it got changed to 26, which I knew I did not have room for. My pickup location was changed to 20 miles in the opposite direction and when I got there it was closed. Since there was no one there I also did not get my furniture dolly, that was kind of important for moving large furniture. All of this made my experience very unpleasant.Douglas R.

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. What happened? I made a reservation weeks in advance and no truck was available at the agreed upon time. We had to drive an hour away to pick up a truck from a place that was closed. We lost half a day. The representative on the phone told us we should feel lucky we had a truck at all. Later, we tried to call someone on the phone but had to wait a long time and our questions were never answered. Not sure what's going on, but Uhaul used to be a lot more professional and customer oriented.Bradley T.

The only complaint I have is the two tow chains were dragging the ground. When I noticed it the next day, I called Ms. Jackie in Covington TN. She informed me how to correct the problem, I did what she said and the chains were clear. I thank Ms. Jackie, she was a big help.RON D.

I purchased a dolly and did not receive one. Making a stressful day even more stressful. What is the point of purchasing a U-Haul truck if I can't get what I need to move into the truck. I am very displeased and when I called customer service they were playing phone tag with me and very rude. The lady told me I had not purchased a dolly but it was on my receipt. I'm very very upset. I was in a pickle & needed a large moving truck last night. I spoke with the owner of the business via phone, & even though it was after business hours, the owner informed me about reserving & picking up the truck online. This was such an awesome experience & I am greatful for the technology your company has invested in so that the customer can get stuff done on their time frame. they lied to me about being able to haul the cars I needed to move I had to pay $185 for a truck to move the one car and the man at uhaul wanted to confront me called me a liar wounld not return my money and this after not showing up when his wife was there when I got it and she did not know how to do the paper work and could not give me the paperwork when it was done which turned out to be wrong anyway.mark L.

Altho the personnel at both stores are very helpful and friendly, the folks at the Ripley store went above and beyond to make my day easier, safer, and more cost effective. I REALLY appreciated their generous help.Sander B.
The agent was great the online part was bad. They switched my location by 71 miles for pick up the day before. I recommend always working with the agent and never u haul online. They only credited be 50 miles after having me drive 71miles. Cost me an xtra 75 dollars on the rental.Joseph C.
