LINDA SUnorganized lot with no direction for after hours drop offs. Had to randomly park in a grassy area with old farm equipment parts lying around. Not terrible, but felt a little uncomfortable leaving it where I had to leave it.

Pauline GAbsolutely the worst representation of U HAUL we have ever encountered. It began when the disheveled man checked us in, no friendly greeting, smile, etc,, looked like he had a rough night. He had our equipment unhooked (still no friendly ANYTHING). When we first went in, I cheerfully (we like to be super supportive of our hometown businesses} I gave him a copy of our contract, pointing out that we had preciously paid for the day of check in, and owed no money. Well, after unhooking the equipment, he asked if we wanted a receipt. We replied, Yes, so we had proof of returning it. He then printed out a receipt for another 28 dollars. I said we did not owe that, it clearly showed we paid for the extra day on the original. He said he could do nothing. Just call U HAUL when we got home. We walked outside and called U HAUL. They said to go back in and they would call him. He was not happy. They walked him through online how to refund our account. He got off the phone, but could not do it. My wife and I heard him say that the U HAUL support person was making him look like an Asshole! Wow! How unprofessional! there were two other customers at the counter that just rolled there eyes. He had to call back U HAUL and they stayed on the phone until he could perform the task of refunding 0ur 28 dollars. He handed us the receipt. ABSOLUTELY NO REMORSE OR SORRY OR ANYTHING! Please check out in your system to see these events happened. If it was up to us, this EXTREMELY POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, PROFANE, DISGUSTING Representative of you U HAUL business would be investigated and terminated. My wife and I are dumbfounded that a small business in our town would treat anyone, let alone other Waldport Citizens this way.

Mark HFor some reason when I rented the small trailer, the place where I picked it up from in Waldport, Oregon mistakenly put me down for driving to Duchesne, Utah. When I am in fact, I went to Clearfield Utah. The Clearfield location handled the issue and a woman name Cat what is the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life.
