While there was a sign on the front regarding parking in the rear, I could not determine where the rear parking was located. I left the truck on the front of the building.

Provide available in person customer service. Furnish all equipment that was prepaid for. I was charged for a dolly but was not provided with the truck.

The key to open the Dropbox was in the key slot so anyone could walk up and open it and drive away with a truck. I took a picture for proof. Also the parking to drop the truck off is very difficult and not easy to maneuver the truck around. I would not recommend this location at all and highly suggest it be taken off the available locations.

The positive from the experience was the lady was nice enough to have extended herself and her time to wait for me after I found out that the truck was at a location different than the one I originally had reserved. The dolly had mud all over it and the inside of the truck was muddy, but it ran well without trouble

I was directed to pick up my moving truck at 3283 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis TN on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM. I was met by a trashy looking woman in a vacant parking lot at that location. She had a small child who was sweeping out the truck onto the parking lot. She asked if I was picking up "this truck?" I said I was suppose to pick up my truck. I asked if I was to go inside to sign something or to give her my driver's license and his name. She said no, I should have signed in on line. She handed me the keys and said "Go On". She never took my name, my driver's name or license or had me sign ANYTHING. I returned the truck in Missouri and was told everything was fine. I was later charged $200 more than my contract. I was charged $55 for gas. I looked on line for my receipt for the truck as I had put it on my card and it said $00. I could never find the actual amount. I found the gas indicator on my paper work. And I brought it back with the same amount in the tank. This is not right. 1. I did not appreciate the agent if she is one, not having an actual location for me to pick up the truck. 2. I was not given any opportunity to sign papers or put my driver's name on record. I was not given opportunity to attest to the truck's condition or gas on board when picked up. It was so very unprofessional. I just looked at my daughter and we shook our heads.

This location had no idea we were a 7am pick up and doesn’t open until 9am. My location was switched and on my order it still stated I was picking up remotely with my phone. On her end it stated 9am pick up. She nicely came and got the keys to me by 8am which also put us behind with our movers. The truck had koolaid in the cup holder up front and the bank needed swept out. We did this ourselves due to needed to meet our movers who were scheduled for 8am. Please don’t stated that my order can be picked up at 7am when it couldn’t plus the wait to call you was 45 minutes. I called and left a message for a return call and no one ever called me back. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with Uhaul over many uses of trucks from you!!!

This location looks abandoned. I had a hard time finding which door to go into. They would not let me enter through the front. I dropped off the truck at 12 noon but they put it in as 3pm. I had to keep calling uhaul because they hadn't checked it in yet. Uhaul had to call them also the next day (twice). That incident had me scared, thinking that something shady was going on. It made me think that maybe I gave the keys to the wrong person or maybe they're going to keep the truck and say that I didn't return it. Picking up the truck was a breeze but dropping it off was a nightmare. They need to have more uhaul advertisement on the front. I always do business with uhaul. I even have a storage unit there. I hope this experience doesn't deter me from your services.

I had to drop the truck off at Grandstar Inc. I rented a 26 ft truck and the parking lot was very small. They have additional parking on another street which I didn't want to burn my gas trying to find the other parking lot.

It was the most confusing rental I have experienced. The location was changed whe I finally got to the destination instructed to be at, no one knew what was going on! After , 20 minutes , I finally gave the phone to my daughter and she was able to the code for us to get the key to the truck. The tank was below a half of a tank, no inspection was done, except my me, and we never met a person in charge of this truck. I will never use this location or person again! Although, I do appreciate recieve if the truck that we had to have to move my daughter. Not a professional experience.

The truck we were needing was not there so we had a get a bigger one, and then that one did not have working break lights or turn signals so we had to switch out back into the smaller truck. It took us two hours just to get a working truck. This was an overall terrible experience.
