Dennis YThis location stole $5 from me. They originally tried to steal $30 from me but when i called and complained, they refunded some of it. The price was $20 plus $1 per mile. I drove 30 miles and filled the gas to more than when i picked it up. I declines all insurance and the truck was cleaner when i dropped it off then when i picked it up. If i can find a different company next time, i will definitely choose something else.

SUSAN ONothing comes to mind. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. I will rent from you again. Slight issue my reservation, the previous renter had not returned. Not U-Hauls problem but consider a feee if a return time is missed by 12hrs without prior arrangement with you or something. I understood it was not the fault of the staff when my rental was not there, not all would. I call to the customer before the pickup would be helpful as well if the unit was not returned as planned. I was taken care of just a few miles away but would not have been happy if they were not able to take care of my needs with only a short delay.

HAROLD JIt was a very busy day, but the owner came to work over 40 minutes after the store was supposed to open. Forcing 4 customers to wait up to 30 minutes. He was running to get everyone what they needed, but he could get more employees to help the process. The truck got a check engine light after one mile. This caused me to pull over and figure out how to contact Uhaul support. Once connected that was a great experience. I wish there was a phone number to n the paperwork. It had a web site that I had to navigate though to finally talk to a person. Not impossible just wasted my time as I sat waiting. I also wish the truck had cruise control and USB inputs for a home charging etc.

Ronald LThere were problems with bad wiring I had to ask for another connector. It was not afford. Was told I could drop off in locations nearby even if it was not set up with first location for drop off location. Then when I got to drop off location the wanted to charge me $120 00 because it was the location. This whole thing was not handled well from your location in chesterfield MI off Gratiot and 21 mile Road. He did not have his act together. Very screwed up.
