The gentlemen at the main office for south east U-Haul was excellent and found us a truck and trailer for the next day. The drop point got changed and the lady at the office I called helped us out tremendously as did Andy in Cheboygan.

Jimmy M.I would recommend inspecting KCS2+ to determine if the facility and management are up to Uhaul standards. I would also reach out to the customer who had the poor experience and try to make it right by offering an apology or reimbursement from the extra expense incurred due to the poor experience. I would also like to thank Bluegrass Parkway for accommodating me at the last minute, and a special thank you to “Valen†the Bluegrass employee who was polite, understanding, and went above and beyond in a tough situation.
Kevin B.Jesse the gentleman who waited on us was very nice and informative. I only have 2 suggestion !) running boards it was hurtful and hard to get into truck. Most women who rent are shorter. 2) would love a cheat sheet about mileage of truck like size of tank so I knew better what fuel costs will be and how much it would cost to fill up. I finally found info online after searching for awhile.

Jason A.This happens every time I rent a U-haul. I never receive the trailer or size of vehicle that I reserve. There is a reason why I reserve the size that I do and expect that you would fulfill the order correctly. This time the location was changed, which I did receive a call letting me know. However, the morning that I was checking in the TYPE and SIZE of trailer that I reserved was changed. No call notifying me of the change. This was very frustrating. I reserved a cargo trailer for a reason. If I would have wanted an open trailer I would have reserved an open trailer. I called customer service and the women on the other line said oh we overbooked the cargo trailer that you reserved. Seriously, why in the world would you overbook???? And then not call me to let me know. This is so unprofessional I have no other comments. I really wish U-haul was not basically the only placed to rent a trailer. I would never do business with U-haul again if I had a choice. Sorry but your company gets a zero star out of 5.

MICHAELBYRON W.Jesse gave outstanding customer service and I will be definitely returning the next time I need a uhaul truck! The ONLY complaint I have was the truck itself seemed to be very loose when I was steering it and I had to get used to it while driving to get the truck under control because the slightest movement of the steering and the truck was all over the road. Other than that everything else was fine.
