Lisa was very helpful throughout the time I had items in storage. She was in the office when I came and went, or called. Lisa is friendly and knowledgeable about the service. I recommend Grand Ave Storage to anyone needing long or short term storage.

Well I stay they were friendly when they were there I rented for 30 day and was there only 7 days refund? Sure I recommend it. It’s reasonable priced.

Very bad support. Office hours impossible. Do not read emails but send invoices while you informed them you moved out and do not need it anymore.

I felt like family (in some cases was treated better as well). Absolutely wonderful experience and loved it. I will use them in the future if I move back.

I understand it is a small facility and there may be times when the office is not manned. I think an online move-out page might be useful when the office is closed.

Rats bugs bee's my furniture is water damaged and messed up clothes were eaten by mice

Got charged a late fee for their mistake I told them to put me on auto pay and they messed up setting my auto pay up and I was never notified untill i had another lockon my door and was charged 56$ in late fees so no I don't recommend this storage.
