Very easy drop off process. I basically just parked the trailer & drove away after speaking with the representative. I received my receipt via email. Very simple & straightforward. Which I very much appreciate..All was great...Terry L.

I have used you com. For yrs. This time was the wores. No furniture dolly. Did not give enough mileage to get to Mesa AZ from Safford AZ. No one was at the place to pick up truck. I was there 3hrs looking for a key. Called customer service to get information on the key. Found a lock on truck finally put in a code the rep gave I loaded the truck and straight to storage without a dolly. Not happy at all. Was charged for 100 more miles. Plz refund me some of my money. Business was closed on Saturday morning when I arrived at 8am so didn't interact with anyone nor did I enter the business. Tried to return the truck using the on-line system; however, the system requires use of a camera for recording mileage and gas level....don't know how to do this so had to leave the paper work and hope the agent would process the closing of the contract---which they did & I'm very appreciative that they did.Alexander P.
If someone found it on Google, I wouldn't tell them not to go. Convenience is all that they have going. They have zero idea what's on their lot. Rent out equipment they don't have on hand. Then allow you to return it to a location that isn't accepting returns. The whole thing was a joke. Drop off was a joke as well.Joshua S.

The inside of the truck floor mats were dirty. The inside of the truck where you store items was not cleaned out the windshield wipers were very bad I ran into a snowstorm and it was difficult to see so I had to stop and buy a windshield wiper for the driver side.
