Location of truck and where the U-Haul app says you have to be to check in is about 2 miles away from each other. Had to drive to one location to start the check in and drive to a different location to pick up the truck. If Google maps hadn't of been more accurate than U-Haul I probably would never have been able to complete the pickup. The utility dolly I paid for was not in the truck.Christopher T.

Honestly this was a terrible experience. We had to wait almost an hour to get into our truck because the person before us didn't check it back in. The truck itself was fine, clean and drove well. When checking it back in you had to share your location which wouldn't work on my phone for some reason and it wouldn't let you move past that. Thank God my sister was with me and it worked on her phone. If you're having customers pick up and drop off trucks in remote areas then you should make it possible to move past the share location if there isn't good service. You should also validate whether or not your equipment has been checked in if there's an upcoming appointment, we were 3 hours away without a car because we planned to drive the uhaul back to our home with our new furniture. It was more of a pain than anything and we likely won't use your service again.Rebekah O.

This wasn't the location that I thought that I was going to use. I received a text message 10 minutes before I left my home telling me to pick us the truck at the new location. I did everything think that I knew to do before I left, yet it still took me 30 minutes to check in via my phone.David H.

I dropped the trailer off on Sunday morning. When I received the call about the delinquent account I had to the spend time trying to make sure that the trailer had been properly returned. The blankets were full of hundreds of roach eggs. But the rea winner was the dead rat!!!! Yes I said dead rat in the blankets. Not in the fold of the blankets. Under the plastic in plain site. Disgusting!!!! And the guy at the location told me to go outside, in the cold, and check the truck in on my phone. Never ever would I go back there or refer anyone to go there!!!!!!Cindy C.

I left something in the truck and went back next morning to retrieve it because in bad neighborhood that I didn't feel comfortable at night. It appears that they charged my credit card $21 for a service fee. I am not sure why. But he just used my card on file because I did not give him my card. I have reached out to u haul so maybe they will explain.Tracy C.

Employee was inefficient, was unable to perform tasks in an adequate manner, decided it was more important to address my perceived impatience (by cussing me out) than it was to actually help me. In the end, I did everything I needed to do on my phone without assistance from her in any way. I have never seen or experienced a better example of poor customer service than I did that day.Doug C.
Everything started with the online reservation to the location they sent us to instead of the one we wanted went wrong then got there drove 20 miles out of my waythey had the equipment but the printer was broke I literally drove away with no paperwork had to go back get everything taken care of after having someone call customer service I will never make an online reservation again ended up with a refund on my credit card because I was overchargedEarl C.

Rear Tire blew out on truck-on a busy interstate-very dangerous/scary for myself and family. It took over 3 hours before repaired and back on road. Two tires had to be placed and it required a lot of time to do that(the service tech was very nice). That time was spent on the roadside of busy interstate(which was dangerous). It was obvious that appropriate safety checks had not been completed in vehicle. This threw our delivery schedule off-had to stop for bathroom/food, etc., which was not planned and it added miles to truck and I was charged for extra miles. I can not recommend u haul.elizabeth N.
