Gary SWhen a customer makes a reservation have it available in the system for the vendor to easily access. Repeat customer should not have to rent as they are renting for the first time. Other than making sure driver license is still current.

Mary PFix that dick in the parking lot so it's a little bit easier to get in and out and other than that it is very sweet the people are super nice they have nice relaxing music in there and air conditioning and all kind of neat little Trinkets and things and when you go in you feel this Aura of Peace come over you and you're stressed and whatever the traffic has been bothering you melts away so I went and slowly slid down onto a stool and left my debit card on the desk and close my eyes for just a few minutes and after a little meditation I went out and got your big talking trailer and man handled it up on my blazer and hooked up the lights took a picture of the man come out he took a picture and we went and loaded up our stuff and unloaded and these are these flowers heavy duty trailers I have ever seen you can't hardly hurt them I've backed over this one with a bulldozer and then just to see if it can handle it since I had both the cheap insurance we put three sticks of TNT under the rear axle and my friend had just come back from Desert Storm and we set that off and that trailer went up about 75 ft in the air this is pretty up came straight back down landed right on the tires bounce three times and you would have never known it happened except for the black powder Burns underneath oh I probably shouldn't have told that
RODNEY GStraps were tangled up and put in wrong we had to figure out ourselves how to untangle them. Employee did not help or did not know how to help with the problem.

Michael HI got up there to pick up the truck and furniture dolly. She said we don’t have a dolly. I asked for a hand truck. She said we don’t have those either. She said we don’t have any of that stuff. She said they never have any of that stuff at their location. The truck was not swept out and the pads were just slung in the truck all waded up. Not folded as the sign in the truck suggested I was suppose to leave them.

ronnie bThe yard is a bit small. However you should be able to get what you need. The people there are great! The prices seem a bit weird but I didn't have much choice as I had to get my car to the shop. A little car dolly costs $45.00 a day and a pickup truck is $10.00 a day plus mileage!! However that is U-Haul pricing.

Hazel CThis was textbook for the way it should go. The weather got bad when it was time to take it back and I went from just blowing it out to wiping it down on the inside so I was late returning it by an hour or so but all smiles!
DAVID MAgain, the actual people were great. But the UHaul system kept trying to send me to the wrong city... on a reservation that had already gone badly wrong. After many phone calls, on holds, and transfers, I finally got the regional "scheduler" who was able to get me to the right place. All unnecessary and a huge waste of time and temper.

robert cYoung girl at desk would not look up from her phone to help me. I said something to her about my rental and wanted to talk with someone about it. She got rude with me said you see I am busy. Finally another young girl came in the building and asked if I needed help. They had a really bad attitude with dealing with the uhaul rentals. I will never go to this place ever again and will make sure everybody I know won’t go there either.

LOUIS Sdropped off outside. Overall experience with this rental was unacceptable. Again, will be filing a formal complaint. I still can't believe what an ordeal this turned out to be.
