The places was really dirty feeling. The lady came out and was to busy and said you are good to go and did not check everything over with me. I felt that was a major no in my eyes. She was in a hurry to by pass me to help someone else. She could of said give me a few and I will check you in. Not great customer service there.

Ryan was amazing and very helpful. I was only annoyed at U-Haul the company because before I could rent on my Mobil device, it said I owed 68 dollars from 2017- why would U-Haul not send me a bill for that in 2017? Why don't they flag this when making a reservation? It was super annoying, then when I was checking in, it wanted additional verification. Passport? Utility bill? Sorry I don't carry that around... it made me give a friend/ 2nd contact number to verify ... that's so ridiculous. I recommend Ryan and this location, but I'll use Budget next time

Read the comments for the pick up location. They are mostly related to Uhaul Corporate, not the franchise.

WeLet the customer book at the place he wants. Example----Let me book thru my closest uhaul. I booked there but it was changed to one an extra 11 miles away, then changed again, the new place was 10 miles away. So on a local move 20, (over half), were just uhauls way of getting paid for extra miles. As a Disabled Veteran that extra charge is basically theft.

The windows and mirrors were dirty. The interior of the cab was ok, but the check engine light was on and no one answered my call. I had to clean out the trailer box before I used it.

I felt bad because the computer gave her nothing but problems. I would check into this. It took so long to register even when i signed up on line. The Lady who helped me was very nice and said she was sorry several time. Overall I would use this service again just hope its made easier.

The location name does not match the address. We went to the wrong location which made picking up our truck miserable because it was 117 degrees outside. Please fix this before someone else has this problem. Graceland Portable is in Fort Mohave. We also did not have a furniture dolly or blankets like we had paid for.

Make it easier to rent a one trailer. Made reservations a month ahead and two days before picking up trailer they called and said we would have to drive over an hour to get a trailer. Told me a location when I called dealer he said he didn't have a trailer for us would check and call me. After a couple hours not hearing from him I called 800 number and they told me I would get my trailer at a farther away location . I ask why no one had not bothered to call me with new location, not really concerned. The new location was 1 1/2 hours from where we had originally requested to pick up trailer. If I can make other arrangements will never use u haul again, make it very difficult to rent a one way,

I reserved a truck 29 days in advance. I got a call from the local dealer two days prior and asked if I could pick it up at noon rather than the scheduled 10 AM. I said no I had to have it on time. I called Uhaul customer service and was told that there was notes written that the truck would be ready. I was told the truck would be there by 10 and it would probably be 15 minutes later for cleaning, they needed 15 minutes wiggle time. I received the truck an hour and a half late it hadn't been cleaned. An hour and a half is a long time to wiggle while having to be out of your home that day I could not contact the local dealer by phone and never received any other information from them Extremely poor service, when I reserve a truck 29 days in advance I expect it to be there on time. I will never use U-Haul ever again.

Truck was not cleaned prior to pickup. the agent is way to slow and appears to be uninformed. o na prior visit I was picking up a 6x12 cargo trailer and the lady had such a difficult time trying to put trailer tongue on my truck because she was using the wrong type of lifting jack. I had to help by using all my strength lifting the trailer as much as i could and directing her to place wood blocks under the jack soas to reach up high enough. the small rolling floor jack she was using kept slipping off trailer tongue and dropping trailer. When i explained the tongue jack used by my drop off location, and availability thru U-Haul, she had never heard of it, very unprofessional. very disappointed.

This location sucks. I scheduled a car hauler I was told it was ready for pick up. I went down there. 20 minute's out of my way ok went down to go pick it up and guess what it was not available. Heck it was not even there. So I left after waiting 30 minutes just to be helped. I get almost home and I got a call a trailer just pulled in and ready to go. So I drive back. But this location is the worst I have been too. And will not go back to that location. I will probably look for other rental places if I'm in need instead of using u-haul.

Make sure the clerks clarify the cash deposit policy I was told our deposit would be returned in form of cash at the time returning the equipment. This was not true at all, I asked several times before getting it because that was the only grocery money we had for the week, I was provided the managers phone number to see if there was anything He able to do, he was extremely rude and unprofessional & said there was nothing he can do and also when I told him I guess I'll be going hungry the rest of the week because that was my grocery week he abruptly hung up on me

The equipment needed work. The tire straps were worn and the tech had to take scissors to them to make it easier to get into the ratchet strap. They then conned me into BUYING a connector for the brake lights for the trailer to work properly. HOW on God's green EARTH, do you rent equipment that doesn't come STANDARD with the BRAKE LIGHT ATTACHMENT???? The brake light attachment is SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TRAILER. Total con job. Also the tech never even wore a mask, and was coughing the entire time. Try the other lot in town. This is the Bullhead City location: 1660 AZ-95, Bullhead City, AZ 86442. Tighten UP. #SLOPPY.

I reserved truck 40 miles away in advance. I had to drive additional 40 miles to pick up. I read I should be credited $50 for the truck not being there. No such luck....

I showed up with a 6x12 trailer to drop off. The lady at the facility asked me if I needed help unhooking the trailer and I replied, I might. I backed it into a parking spot and got out of my car. She never came over to help me so I ended up unhooking the trailer myself. By the time I walked into the office, there was another customer in front of me there to rent a truck. It took over 20 minutes for her to reserve the truck for the customer. Half-way through, the lady told me I didn't need to wait, she'd check the trailer in later. I told her I wanted it checked in and get a receipt, so I continued to wait. By the time I walked out of the office, I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. I've never had to wait that long to return a UHaul rental.
