I am unhappy with how my drop off was handled. I went to go drop off the truck on 10/19/19 but could not due to the fact that I never received the dolly I ordered. Then, on 10/20, I go to return it around 1 pm and find out I will be charged more for going over the 24 hours even though I would have dropped it off the day before but could not. U haul scammed me out of money and time wasted.

The truck should have been located at the store it center on 158. The gas station the truck was located at was not in a good area of town. The location on 158 is a lot safer

The truck was covered in snow and ice! We had to take a broom to brush the snow off the front of the whole truck and scrape off all the ice on the We were on a time frame and we were very late. The mobile express checking was a joke!! I checked in and still had to wait 15 extra minutes in the gas station to get it all set up before I could even take the truck!

Had to go back multiple times because no one knew how to check in the uhaul. Even the owner of the facility didn’t know how. When I tried to return it they made it seem like a huge burden and didn’t want to help. Since no one knew how to check it in there, I had to trust that it would be properly checked in the next morning by a uhaul employee.

The communication between your 800 number, the customer and the actual uhaul pick up site really needs a better system. Grace Petroleum really worked with us to get us on the road!

I Was Charged For Miles I Never Used, Not A Little But She Said I Used 50 Miles At 99cents a Mile. Til Now I've Never Had A Problem

I did not get my furniture pads that I paid for and the cab of the truck smelled like weed and the windshield had a large crack in it.

I originally made my reservation on line. I was to pick up the truck on Lathrop Ave in Racine. It was changed to a Petro Mart in Kenosha......15 miles from the original pick up location......additional miles that put me over the 120 free miles. The reason given was that the Racine location did not do one way hauls. U-haul should have known this. The pick up time was also changed to one hour later. The person at Petro Mart was difficult to understand on the phone...........extremely difficult. A different person was there when I actually picked up the truck.

Truck was not clean and the lady had not been trained on how to do Uhaul paperwork

When reminded of my reservation, the time that I was to pick and drop off were not the time that I had reserved. Called customer service, the guy that picked up the call took all my information, had me on hold for a little. He came back and said that he needed to transfer me to customer service and they would take care of me. I was on hold forever for then to find out that the guy previously took the call had made the corrections to my time. Bad customer service. The morning of pick - the truck requested was not at the location that I had requested to pick up the truck at. I was sent to a different location which now My time to have the truck was cut by a little over 30min! The location was at a gas station. The attendant was having issues processing my debit card, so i took cash out from the atm being charged 2.50 to take my own money out. Now the computer system wouldnt accept my cash either. The lady asks for my card back and for some odd reason the system now accepted my debit card!! Feeling frustrated by this point...now my time to have the truck was cut even shorter!!! The lady asked how long I was going to use the truck, I told her I had requested it for 6hours, she said that was ok. I asked if I could bring it back by 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm, she said ok. We finished using the truck and had the truck back by 3:45pm which was around the time that Uhaul was calling me, asking for the truck!! I also put around $7.00 if gas in top of all the frustrating and stressfull experience with uhaul. I should get my money reimbursed for all the frustration I was caused!!
