I paid upfront like anyone I assume and the day after I already dropped off the trailer Uhaul billed me again. I called the location where I picked up the trailer and paid with my card originally and they told me that uhaul handles the billing and they also said they don’t understand why uhaul billed my card again because the trailer was not damaged and was returned on time. So they gave me the uhaul billing number and the lady told me that she will look into it and call me back and it has been almost a week now and I still have not heard from them and the charge is still there. Unless they refund me the extra $28 I will never use or recommend uhaul again!

PAUL JAMERSONThey didn't have the moving blankets I wanted. Inside the truck there are supposed to be 10 blankets AUTOMATICALLY in the bag hanging on the wall...THERE WAS NONE!! There were no straps or nothing to use. She wouldn't walk the truck with me before I left so I took pictures for MY PROTECTION!! Then because I was paying by CASH apparently it's foreign currency now so I had to pay $100 deposit!!!! Ridiculous!! There was NO KEY to the lock on back. I called her she was bewildered and just says...OH I DONT KNOW????? I had to buy a lock to put on it. They did however let me have it a little early at no charge since she had to go to the doctor.

Ryan HillNot a knock on grace. I dropped the uhaul off after hours. Should be simple to do right? The knock is on uhaul itself. Our phone data was gone. But we have wifi in our truck. I tried 3 different devices connected to our wifi to get the location confirmation to work and it would not work. At all. So that needs to be addressed. I should be able to connect to my personal wifi and have uhaul confirm my location without me using cellular data. Not all of us have unlimited data. Most of us in small towns don’t. Luckily my friend was there to so I had to use his non wifi using phone and it worked.
RC StrandAlways gave the u haul on full with gas cut down on the expense. Of the truck instead of charging by mile since economy is so high

Stephanie DoranI went online to be preapproved when we arrived and she finally came to the office, she acted like this was the first time she’d seen your program. I showed her my preapproved contract, an hour and a half later I drove off in my truck that was nearly empty of fuel. I was charged 90+ dollars at the drop off location but was so happy to get rid of that experience I didn’t question it.

JENNIFER RILEYOur truck that was RESERVED by one week and one day in advance was not there on the date of our pickup date, how irritating! The company then had to call around to find us one, finding one 40 minutes away, then had the audacity to tell me I was lucky they weren't making me pick it up and that they were having to pay for this out of pocket. NOT MY PROBLEM, MY PART IN RESERVING IT WELL AHEAD COVERED MYSELF. I SHOULD NOT BE TOLD "I'M LUCKY" FOR THEM HAVING TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!! Our trip out was put over 2 hours behind due to having to wait on them to go get the vehicle and call us when they were back with it. Also, this particular company failed to mention that there would be any kind of "Transfer fee" associated with renting a UHaul. For first time customers isn't this something that is kind of important to know?? So I an be prepared in how much to have in my account to cover all costs... The lady kept saying "I don't know what the fees are until its picked up." I told her that regardless there should have been some kind of warning that a transfer fee did exist at all even if she couldn't tell me the exact amount. I will NEVER rent from this particular location again and will let all those I know to avoid this place at all costs. As a customer who has handled my end of the deal I should not be put out or made to take blame/feel guilty for the company messing up, not my problem.
Lacie CrabtreeI had to go to a different city to pick up the trailer compared to my reservation. There was one located in my city. No help getting the trailer connected. There were lights not working on the trailer.

Cynthia KnopGrace Inn in East Prairie, MO 63845 woman Patrisha didn't trained even to work in computer, she had straggle to find and print...we waited and finally she printed, put it in our hands and run outside to show the truck..Didnt explained to us anything what she did, but she purchased the insurance for the truck and the auto trailer even didn't asked. Later day, Saturday April 21, I looked and found that she charged $90.00 more. I called her Monday when we drove from MO to OK, she told my husband (Daniel Wolford 573-233-5095) asked her. It is not a true!!!! She didn't even wanted to talk, she told to call me to you again and tell about miscommunication. It wasn't miscommunication, she just couldn't work properly in her computer.. I called to U-Haul's numbers, people promised to call me back and put money back after 72 hours, but it never happened. We never will trust U-Haul people any more because your people are not qualified for a very expensive service like that!

Dorthy Waltzwell for starters i feel that the gentlemen lied to me and told me alot of things to get me to rent from him and didnt follow through with none of his agreements. i was supossed to receive a discount on mileage and didnt, and i never received my $100 hold money back. im very disappointed in the service that was provided.

Matt TubbsWhen I reserved a trailer they said they had plenty available in my area but would have to wait for scheduling to call. once I had to call them because they never called me I found the closest one to me was 40 miles away......not what I expected at all and not what I was told! The corporate customer service was awful and felt extremely mislead. This location was great and helped us when we were desperate and made me feel so much better
