This location is a thrift store. The owner was asleep when I got there (3:30 pm). If any of you remember "Sanford and Son" from the 70's, this was a perfect remake of the set and characters. I had to drop the trailer blindside in a tight spot after I had to physically move a car dolly out of the way.

Terrible service. Truck was dirty. They did not leave a lock to lock up up the tailgate. Kept the hand truck BC didn't want to be charged for it to be stolen. Took the hand truck back next business day and was hugely inconvenience when trying to return their merchandise. Which I was told to leave it with two White boys that were standing by the gate so they could lock it up. They weren't there so I had to put it behind the fence and lock it up for them.

My security deposit was due to me when I turned the vehicle in, however, I was advised that there was an error in the amount owed and that would be corrected and my refund sent to me. Thus far it has not been sent to me and I've had to initiate any action on the matter. It is already frustrating as I only had to pay cash because my debit card was recently hacked and I had no choice but to pay cash and be subject to the extra security deposit. My debit card issue is not any fault of U-haul however the return of my security deposit is solely in Uhaul's control. I apologize if it appears that I am upset, but quite frankly I am. I have been patient but it has gotten me nowhere. The stress of moving is enough as it is without having to worry about whether or not I would be refunded funds that would better serve me elsewhere.
