David FI did not use u haul on apr 9th 2024 and it tried to charge my card
River LBefore actually checking the truck in and charging the extreme fee from above mentioned issue, I was called to verify that the contract was put in correctly (which it wasnt) she was very helpful in seeing that red flag and saved me that much more hassel.

Robby MThis location is very easy to work with. Have had excellent experiences with them in the past. This last truck we rented was extremely dirty both in the cab and back. We took approximately 35 minutes to wipe down the stickiness and what appeared to be cigarette ash from inside the cab. It was rather gross. Other than this last truck this location is great and friendly. We will continue to us them.

Don WTerrible terrible system. The last two times I’ve reserved a truck from uhaul, the truck was not there on the pick up day. I don’t think this had anything to do with the actual location. The location and staff were helpful and got me a truck the next day. I can’t say I’ll ever use uhaul in the future though. What’s a reservation for if my truck isn’t there the day that I reserved it for?

Shaun SThe trailer had graffiti painted on it and a damaged bumper from the previous location. I could not get the online inspection program to work and the business owner/operator was very helpful in marking the defects for me.

Scott HFirst we ha da problem with Richmond Indiana location the women called me a bitch and told me fuck you that I didn’t turn the trailer in when I did and we got told we could turn it in anywhere so we took it to connersville then on top of all that the women hung up on my husband once and on me twice and the. The guy in connersville tried to defend her so yea this drop off experience was horrible to the point I don’t know if I’ll ever rent from uhaul again
