I have always rented on line and just picked up. This time I dropped in to pick up. It seems my bill was substantially higher than in the past. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Gordy had my cell phone number but left and did not open until 9. He was there at 7:75 we saw him. I had 5 guys to help me load a piano across the street from his shop. His attitude was very bad. That cost me $85.

we ordered 26' truck online and when we went to get it, it was a 20' truck. we were told we could rent a 6'trailer. if we wanted a truck and a trailer, that's what we would have ordered.
