Great service fast quick easy
Great experience wouldn't change anything
My only complaint - I had reserved 12 furniture pads, but they didn't have them. I wish I had been notified ahead of time so I could have made arrangements to pick some up from a different location - without them, some of my furniture surfaces were scratched. But the employees at the location were excellent to work with. They removed the charge and went out of their way to help and overall provided a great experience. I'd definitely return to this location.
I wish that the estimated miles that was put in the initial sign up could be refunded if you don't use that many miles.

There were so many people in the store without masks on it did not feel like a safe environment during a global pandemic.

A complete walk through inspection of the vehicle would have been nice with making sure there were no dents/scratches on the truck.

My experience was cost-effective, convenient, and easy.
I used after hour drop off because they said they needed the van back as soon as they opened did the return in the app gave permission to the U-Haul app to find my location took the steps of removing valuables like app said placed key in box next day I get a $20 charge for having them return It what was the reason for having me use the app to return it
Excellent Experience, came in without a reservation and the tellers were very attentive and explained things thoroughly. Lots of options to choose from.
Inside the store, it is smelling all smoke. It is not convenient or healthy, for the customers to stay inside for a long time.

Not only did the agent interrupt his service to me, to assist someone he seemed to know who was making a purchase, but when I returned the car, I was charged nearly $15 for what they claimed was insufficient fuel. I filled up the vehicle to the place it was when I picked it up and drove less than a mile. If there was a difference in where the needle was sitting it would have been insignificant. I will never use or recommend this location again.

They were friendly and efficient. They got me set up and on my way quickly. I would use that location again.
Don't steal people's money and don't lie to them.
The rep at the store had my wait 10 minutes until her finished smoking his cigarette and when asked questions to understand what I need to do rep acted as if he was irritated. Due to thick accent I was not able to understand rep.
Very polite young man took care of us and was efficient. The store was quite dumpy.

The service was excellent they where very nice, but the truck was in poor condition service light all on and needed new tires!!! They where very nice and I still recommend
We selected to drop off at another location and then called that location and they said it was fine then the original store called and asked where their truck is. I told them then they said those guys are lying they just want to charge you $195 for different location. So then I called them and they said it was already in their system and they wouldn't give me the key. Eventually after calling them out on lying with the help of the other store I got the key and returned it to the right llace
