It was ok just it was inconvenient 20 miles from my house, and a large Uhaul location is 1 mile from my house which would have been much more convenient.

The service received at the pick up was great however an EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service I received for the reservation. I reserved a truck 7 days prior to my move. The day before pick up I received an email that I would have to pick up my rental 20 miles from my home. I called and received very poor service from the customer service department. Upon return of my uhaul I was charged because I was over my mileage. Well of course I was over mileage uhaul did not honor my reservation at my chosen store where I was told it was available close to my home I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up. I am very disappointed and will NEVER use or refer uhaul again.
