There should be zero stars as an option. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to Good Deal self storage. The Price gaging and constant rate increases and the exorbitant late fees are astronomical. The fees are assessed when you don't have access to pay 24 hours. There is no direct portal to pay your bill from the website. You can click on the pay online link all day all night nothing works. The business hours posted are not the business hours the place is open I will attach screenshots of wishes on Google and the information page regarding their hours. The late fees goes into the pockets of this status specifically office manager Cindy. She is the most disrespectful, rue, trailer park trash person I have ever met. The other staff member is her niece by the name of Suzy and she threatens you to fight. Cindy, the manager Actually swung her fist at 1 of other tenants. I don't know where these trailer park staff have come from but I would never have them working at a business. There is no professionalism. EVERYTHING is unethical. I can guarantee that this owner's documentation and paperwork is not up to par. When you come in and have a conversation and try to get to the bottom of the charges you are treated with the utmost of disrespect. I was actually going to vacate in the summer but the way the staff was so disrespectful Cindy and her niece Suzie I decided not to give this business not one more dime my money. The late fees are assessed incorrectly as there is NO access, NO ACCESS to make payments online so it is a scam and it is unethical. I was forced to Pay for an additional month, March, although I vacated before the end of February. I will be following all of this up with an attorney and it is totally about principle. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. I would not refer this company to anyone.. And this company should not be affiliated with U-haul as U-haul has built a reputation for decades and U-haul provides stellar customer service. If you would like to follow up I would be more than happy to speak with a representative from U-haul

I know it can’t be helped that birds get in and there is wired caged material above the unit so the light can get in but maybe put clear plexiglass over the units to keep bird dirt out ! And when there was a bad rain storm some of my items got water damage and the lady at the counter was suppose to discuss some compensation for damaged items but merry did! I’ve rented storage units from your facility a lot and referred people this is the first time I had a problem with a unit

Mice problem storage unit s are dusty and they have customers who store food never will I recommend my friends or family great place when I was homeless I really did appreciate it my 3 years with them just I cannot live like that anymore so I have a new unit somewhere else

After i moved in i notice a leak in my unit. I reported it to 1 of your guys. He assured me that it would be taken care of. It was not. I reported to the women in the office, she said your guys were busy doing other stuff. It was never fixed it. I cant have my personal belongings getting wet. I move out.

I am very pleased with you guys you are the best you’re treating me and save my stuff Very responsibly and have cameras I don’t know why people say they broke their stuff and took things out because it’s a lie you can take good care of all the storages and I are very responsible thank you very much and God bless you

Didn't use this facility because the 1 month free storage and no fees did not apply to this facility. You should specify more clearly that the free month of storage only applies to uhaul facility's

Crappy communication and they damaged everything in my unit I moved out 5 months ago. They were no help and play the blame game I would never recommend them to anyone

When I arrived to finalize my reservation, the rude black man with the cute dog at the counter told me he rented the unit already and that I should have called to reserve instead of on the uhaul site

Horrific! I rented in a studio building that was shut down by Philadelphia L&I + moved here by owners while I was in LA. Things broken, Bird poop and dust everywhere. Awful customer service. DONT RENT

This facility was clean and the check in was quick and thorough. I especially love the convenient drive up storage.I will recommend this place to my family and friends.
