The 24/7 on-line check in and rental pick up was one of the most difficult things I have done. I admit I'm not a techie, but it was ridiculous. I would much rather deal with a real live person.

2nd and last time time I've rented from this location. Each time the attendants had difficulty checking me out promptly. None of the staff wore masks or maintained social distance. Based on this cavalier attitude towards customer safety, I highly doubt rental equipment is being sanitized between rentals by this operator. Very troubling.

UHaul changed my reservation to a different location than my online reservation. When I went to pick up my equipment, the dolly and furniture blankets I requested were not in the truck. Customer service was not helpful and impossible to reach. No one helped me and I waisted an hour and a half trying to resolve this incompetence. When the office did open they did not have the equipment that I requested. This was not communicated. This experience was unacceptable and I will surely not use UHaul for my moving needs in the future.

We did contactless check in takes a while because they have to call your additional contact people. We requested an appliance dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. When we returned truck we told him and he said he knows there wasn't one.

The guy running the place told me twice I didn't need wear my face mask. In CO it is the law to wear face masks due to Covid. He wasn't wearing a mask. Not outside or when he had me come into the very small office.

The person that checked in my truck made a mistake on the gas and charged me $50 dollars, so I had to go back hours after I received the truck to show the gas level was actually exactly at what I received it. Now I'm waiting on my money back and he said it'll take multiple business days. Today is a Saturday!

I rented a pickup truck from Goo Rooz LLC 150 Walnut Street Windsor, Co. 80550. with the expectation of using it for approx. 4 hrs. (When we picked up the vehicle, I did not receive any paperwork, nor was I asked to sign anything). When I realized I would need additional time and help to unload my materials, I called uhaul and was only able to leave voicemail saying it would be longer than 4 hours and to please call me. I did not receive a call back. We returned the vehicle back at approx. 7:00pm. after business hours. I called the next day to confirm that they processed the return. I also wanted to know why I was told the cost would be $19.95 plus tax yet, the bill sent to my email was a total of $77.01. I called and spoke with Zack. He was extremely short with me and told me it wasn't his job to call me back. He said the additional price was due to the additional time we had the vehicle. He would not explain why this was not disclosed upfront. Needless to say, If I need to rent a vehicle in the future, I will NEVER use this location again! He never disclosed there would be an additional cost at the time of pick up, did not give me any paperwork at the time of pickup, did not have me sign anything at the time of pickup, rather he just took my credit card and photo of ID. Maybe he has too much going on with the other business he is running out of the same building.

truck had NOT been cleaned nor inspected after most previous use. I found keys belonging to previous renter in the dashboard cubbyhole and a padlock on the rear of the truck. Windshield was filthy and bug spattered. ALSO, I had a brief conversation with another customer while waiting to rent the truck. He said he was there to contest a "cleaning charge" he felt was wrongly charged to him on a rental. I didn't find out what the outcome of that was. Due to this conversation I took before and after pics of the truck with my phone for CYA

Have everything you requested. We rented 40 blankets for the move. We didn't a single blanket for the move. We were also move to three different locations before we got our truck. Very confusing.

Never. NEVER. Rent a Uhaul from this place. I rented a truck for 4-5 hours. Returned it. No one was there to return it so I dropped the key in the box. I get the bill 4 days later. Charged for 4 days of use. Called the guy, said they close at 2pm on saturdays, google says they are open till 6. I returned it before 6pm. He tried to tell me google was wrong. Then he waits 4 more days and charges me for all 4 days. On top of that, he had the neighboring business do the work for him since he wasn't even there. Beyond furious about this situation. This guy will do everything to screw you over.

I spoke with Zach twice on phone, once in person, stating I needed the truck by 8am. He said I would receive code for lockbox, never did. Text night before confirmed 8am pick up. He showed up at 9, never apologized for inconveniencing us. We had 9 people at our house waiting to load. Zach was not professional, never acted like he even recalled ALL our conversations about 8am! Never use! Never recommend! Well worth going to fort collins for better service!!!

Uhaul recommended the wrong truck, which was too small. My entire home office had to be left behind because it wouldn't fit. Your rep is an illiterate fool, who cost me over $2500.00!!. Ed I believe wasn't real friendly. Driver mirror vibrated bad especially when hitting bumps also almost ran out of fuel because it was a bit below quarter tank on gage and barely made it to gas station.

I would like to recommend this place as it is local for us, but I was not able to interact with anybody when I got there to drop off the truck because nobody was there. We called and left messages several times because nobody answered the phone and did not receive a phone call back. We left the truck and the next morning somebody entered it as returned but still no phone call to let us know.

Called to verify, the guy who was terribly rude and unprofessional answers and tells me he has a phone call to answer. Then hangs up on me on purpose. Tried again, never picked up. Finally got to location, nobody there to drop the truck off. Called. No answer. Its a hole in the wall, behind an alley who also sells dish network (3rd party provider). Very unhappy with this a******. Needs to get fired and learn to speak to customers professionally and appropriate. Worst provider ever. 0/5 if i could rate.

My entire experience was a complete freaking joke I didn't even reserve the pickup truck here. I chose a location that opens at 7am, went to that location and they didn't have my rental, I was then re routed to this spot and was told I would be issued a $50 dollar credit but I feel that isn't enough cuz this location doesn't open until 9am so I lost 2 hours + of valuable time. I then was given a truck without a hitch and ball so I had to pay for one out of my own pocket and was denied compensation for having to do so upon return. So overall I lost about 5 hours of time that was very critical. I would like to be contacted in order to discuss this situation and compensation. Shawn W: 801-690-4471

The start of my Uhaul reservation was very frustrating. I reserved a Uhaul through the internet for the 24/7 pickup on Tuesday for the coming Sunday at 6am. The page said that I would be contacted by a representative by 6pm the day prior to my reservation (Saturday) to confirm. I waited until 4 pm on Saturday then decided to call Uhaul. The representative I spoke to had said that everything was in order for my reservation. The next morning at 5:30am I attempted to use the online pickup service. A message popped up that said my contract did not meet the requirements and to call Uhaul. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes listening to the agonizing 20 second loop of the same obnoxious melody followed by a robot lady telling me to fill out the review. Finally someone picked up after 30 minutes. She told me that they just needed to activate my reservation, which took a whole 3 seconds. Why the lady from the previous night did not do this when I called? I do not know. Everything else with the truck went fine (until the return). I am grateful that the parking lot was plowed from the heavy snow storm of the previous week. It was extremely frustrating to get an hour late start on my move for something I tried to take care of ahead of time.

The gentlemen that run this business was late. We had to wait about 10 minutes for him to open his shop.Once we received the trailer we had to go and buy and adapter (lights) because he did not have one available and then received my receipt with the insurance charged which I declined. I will never do business with him again.

This location was closed for weather, but it had a lit-up “Open” sign in the window and a “we'll be back shortly” sign on the door, with a TV on inside. I and several other customers assumed an employee was hurrying back (or on their break what with the TV), not that the location was closed. We waited roughly 20 minutes before calling customer care, who clarified the situation. Once we got the Uhaul, there was a cigarette lighter inside the driver's area and the dolly we requested (and were later reimbursed for by a more-competent branch) was not in the truck. This, on top of having to drive to a location other than the one we selected because the one we chose didn't have the truck we requested (which wasn't made clear on the website), makes me feel I wasted an enormous amount of time on this whole process. Based on this branch alone, I would seriously consider taking my business elsewhere in future and encouraging others to do the same.

Dont tell the customer they can return to any location and leave out some important details. Dont assume the customer wants to pay for the insurance and not even advise them about it at all.

Nice guy. U-Haul did not prepare me for the checking inspection. Had no clue that dirty windscreen was a chargeable infractions. 15 ft truck was very comfortable. A total surprise for my 1000 mile trip

When I called to find out the cost of keeping the truck an extra 10 days, I was quoted $40/day. When dropping off the truck, the bill was over $600!! I called the Corp. offices and was told insurance would also be added to each day! The truck was at a friend's house from the day after loading on Sep. 6 in Lake Havasu, AZ, until escrow closed on our new home in Windsor, CO. No ins. coverage was necessary.

I rented a Uhaul truck to move across the country last year. It was a terrible experience. Though I reserved a month in advance the truck I wanted, they gave me a smaller one. My stuff didn't fit and I had to unload and find a bigger truck. Then they nickel and dimes me On everything including saying I didn't return al, the blankets. A year later I am in need of a truck to move a stove. I was quoted $29.95/24 hrs plus $.99/mile. I drove 80 miles, filled the gas tank and returned it in 3 hours. I've been charged over $160! This includes putting $4/gal gas in! Never again. UHAUL will never get my business again. Then, they won't return a call to inquire/dispute the charges.
