Kenneth TrevinoThere was an issue with finalizing my contract and my reservation got canceled after I picked up the truck. I got a call from uhaul stating essentially the truck was considered stolen but she was able to fix it for me. Idk if it was because of that that the movers ended showing up 4hrs later than intended and my movers at the city I was moving to needed to be rescheduled.

I had my information on my cell phone which I showed her. My loaders were at my house by 10 am. NO, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Bad experience at this location overall.

Robert ScroginHello. I had a much better experience than last time; however I believe there is still a problem with the U-Haul reservations software system. I had imputed my vehicle information, tow rating, ball hitch, and hitch capacity information, and Ms. Gonzales still had to input it again. NOTE: I recommend that UHaul update their software, so the customer, and the rental store don't have to do it twice. This wastes a lot of time on both parties if you are under a tight schedule. So my beef is with the Uhaul software people and not the Gonzales Feed Store - Uhaul business. I get very frustrated with this because, I take the time to update my Uhaul profile with the vehicle information, and during the online reservation process, but some how it still doesn't seem to work when you pick up the trailer. This is a bad mark on the U-Haul software reservation system. I've been using Uhaul for years, and the online makes it easier, but I think you all can do better. At the pick up point, all the trailer lights worked and their helper, Luis is a super star. He is fast, courteous, a hard worker, and swept all the leaves out of the trailer. Mr. Gonzales, the owner, also came out to greet me and see how things were going. This is really good customer support and I appreciate their attention to detail. Thanks.
GERARDO MORALEZMy experience at the pick up location was not good. When I made my reservation weeks ago online, I had loaded my driver's license pictures, and credit card information in the U-Haul system. The Gonzales Feed store computer system wasn't cooperating with my transaction, and she had to re-input my driver license information, and my credit card information, again. It seem very cumbersome and lengthy process. The first trailer they hooked up to my truck, the license plate holder bulb was inoperable. The second trailer, one of the red side marker lights didn't work. The U-haul needs to improve on the maintenance on their trailers, especially with light bulbs.

Pete CloutierThe lady that assisted me when I arrived at Gonzalez Farm and Ranch Supply was very friendly and helpful when I went to pick up my 14 foot unit that I reserved on line the previous day. Plus, the young man that brought my truck around to front was also nice and helpful. He was very attentive and assisted with the walk around the unit pointing out previous dings on unit and answered my questions and double checked the fluid levels in front of me when I brought that up. It kind of reminded me of the service stations from years past! Good Job!

ENDELIA CANTUthey were veryslow and didnt know u haul policy concerning the return of unused uhaul purchased boxes. i returned 10 boxes for free i guess. i was told at the uhaul in san antonio i would receive a refund when i turned the uhaul truck in at san diego.
