mathew myersThe kind man who owns this place makes up for the area. *I had to wait a full day in Holbrook, AZ to replace a broken tow dolly. The great guy there switched it out in minutes but it took over an hour to get the proper paperwork. This is ridiculous. My waiting 45 minutes to talk to a human is ridiculous. You need to work on this very big problem.

Gamal Alsumairino taillights or marker lights for 265 miles in the dark to my house in gasket,ca.Very stressful on me And my wife.We waited for 35 minutes for the man to get out of the bathroom so he could get us going with the trailer, the day we picked it up!!I stoped three times to try fixing the trailer on the side of the road with no luck!!! Chris Hunt P. S. 4 Hyway patrrol officers went around me and didn't pull me over,I guess I got lucky !

Thomas MohrThis location closes at 5 and closed on weekends. We were scheduled to pick up at 430. A traffic accident caused a delay. We immediately called and told them we would not get there until 450. They were quick to tell us that they close at 5. We called again to give them an update time of 455. Once again, it was the same thing, "we close at 5.". Once we got there I realized it wasn't a U-Haul facility but rather a car repair that did rentals. I totally understand they want to leave when they close. Just felt the response wasn't warm at all.So, if you plan to rent from this location, come on time.

RONALD MACKENZIEI returned the trailer at 4:30PM on Sunday (10/18/2020) as indicated on the contract for a 3-day rental. I was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at 4:30PM on Thursday (10/15/2020) but Mr. Gonzalez encouraged me to pick it up earlier, which I did. He told me that I can return it at 4:30PM on Sunday since they are closed and I'd need to just drop it off without incurring additional day of charge. Everything went fine and I picked up and dropped off without a problem, as we agreed. Imagine my surprise when I was charged an extra day. The next time, I'll wait until the appointed time to check out regardless of how early they want me to pickup.

Please be sure he gets this message, he was so helpful and made sure I was traveling with my 2 children safely. He took his time to make sure everything was secure. He deserves more service and I would even recommend a raise for this man.

PAUL HENRY MEREDITHI reserved in a local city then the day before I was told of you want it, drive 140 miles round trip for it. Then when delivering, I tried to drop it off at the center 1.5 miles away, but wa stole I was assigned a center 35 miles (1 hour) away. Really?
MATTHEW PHILLIPSSelf check in needed a lot more from me while I was there which should have been asked for in advance, making it all pretty inconvenient. Gas was much lower than what they thought it was supposed to be so good thing I went back in to question it. The system still wanted to charge me extra but fortunately the person was kind enough to figure out how to deal with that since he verified the gas before I left. I was still charged extra for more miles than I used. Pretty bad experience.
