Photos of equipment seemed really old. Lots of damage that wasn’t documented. Smelled too much of disinfectant. Wasn’t full when I picked it up. I wasn’t able to pick up the equipment on time but I still had to pay a premium for said vehicle. I would never use this location or recommend it to anyone. I am not happy with my money spent. They promise $50 if it’s not ready on time but I haven’t been offered $50. Frauds.

David HWhen I went to return my UHAUL, the parking was not plowed and was under a foot of snow. I got stuck twice and then, the place wasn’t even open and hadn’t bothered to inform me in the middle of a snowstorm. If it’s too unsafe for employees to plow or get to work, it’s clearly unsafe for me to return the UHAUL. I wonder how much gas or miles I burned getting the UHAUL unstuck…..twice!
FAVOR PI did all of the check in procedures and still had to go through the process again. Plus, the price was different from on line.

marchita aIt looks like the people on this store do this U-haul on the side but doesn't put a good effort in keeping customer satisfaction. I would recommend instead the one at 15500 W Colfax Ave. near this place.
Marco GThe rental location is fine. The staff is friendly and fast. I had problems with U-Haul overall though. The app is glitchy and so is the website. When I arrived to get the truck, the app and site wouldn't give me a code to access the key, so I had to chat with support and it took longer than it should have while I waited in the freezing weather. The app and site wouldn't recognize my location even though I ensured GPS features were on. The van was dirty but thankfully I wasn't charged for it. Worst of all, I ordered a hand truck and moving blankets, but neither were in it, which I didn't realize until I got to my storage unit half an hour away, so I had to buy a $100 hand truck from Home Depot because they were out of rentals. Thankfully the truck didn't break down driving into the mountains, but overall this was a frustrating experience as U-Haul seems to have gone downhill in the past few years.

Tammy VI was over charged $180.00 for (CLEANING ?) This is unexceptable as the vehicle we rented was as clean as it was when we rented it. We swept out the box & the cab when returned amounting to dust, with it never raining on the vehicle, and it sat the entire time - 35 min.s driving time. People running the business are respectable as the owner was responsible for billing $200.00 as a cleaning charge when $20.00 is more than fair.
Mike YI drove the uhaul 34 miles. I put 2.5 gallons of gas back in estimating a 15 footer gets about 14 miles to the gallon or so. I told the clerk i put gas in and offered to show the receipt. He said don't worry about it, your good. Later that day I get the final receipt and it looks like he put another 4 gallons of gas in at the refill $5.50 rate for an extra $22. So, he was unable to tell how much I put in there and didn't bother to ask me and then just assumed I put none in and put a full 4 gallons in.
Josh RThis is a smoke/vape shop that dabbles in U-Haul. They had more bongs than trailers. Had to run from homeless while returning equipment. U-Haul app let me photo the trailer before the locals slept in it.

Andrew FI requested a 10-foot truck on June 13th for an event on June 22nd. When I went to confirm it a few days before pick-up, I was told the original order was cancelled because they thought it was a scam. I reserved the rental IN PERSON!!! So I re-reserved a 10-foot truck, checked in the day before, and sometime after approving and uploading my driver's license, the truck switched to a 15-foot truck. It was a HUGE hassle to use the bigger truck for what I needed! And then, after driving less than 10 miles and figuring putting one gallon of gas in would replace what I used, they charged my $13.00 for THREE GALLONS OF GAS!!! FOR LESS THAN 10 MILES WHEN I ALREADY PUT A GALLON IN!!! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE THIS U-HAUL FACILITY!!!

Ronald OIt was a drop off location. Once again the customer does all the work. I had an extra 10 dollar fuel fee with no explanation - which I queried on the app - but of course there was no follow up. This wasn’t the only added fee as there extra fees popping up at every step. The whole experience was weird. No human contact points, an inefficient online experience, and unexpected extra fees added on.

Craig SStore owners were nice at pickup but when it came time to park the trailer they wanted me to back down a snowy dark area without help and put the trailer in a snow bank. I refused and they said I had to. We finally agreed, after much discussion, that I would pull it around to a different spot. I’m not willing to be responsible for hitting one of their vehicles so they can be lazy.

joseph CI returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up and I still got charged for 2 gallons of gas which seems a little ridiculous. Also I returned the truck at least 3 hours before it says I did on the receipt and was charged $40 for an extra day even though it says $20 per day on the side of the truck. Not the best experience.
Jon HI asked for a receipt when I returned the van. I was not give a physical receipt and told that one would be emailed to me. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't been emailed a receipt. When I checked my credit card statement today, I realized that I was overcharged by almost $10. I took a photograph of the odometer on the van when I returned it as proof as to the number of miles that were driven (46 miles). The bottom line is that I was overcharged, will not use U-Haul again and will not recommend U-Haul or this location to anyone in the future. Thank you.
Jason PUhaul did not provide provide detailed rental information and consequently I was charged $500 more than was necessary. I think withholding information was deliberate and I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Complaining to Uhaul is useless, I think Uhaul practices are less than forthright.
Marshall QThe woman who handled the rental and check out of the trailer was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. The equipment was old and a bit worn out but it met our needs and was at a good price.

Cindy KService rep was an asshole during dropoff. I was on the phone in my vehicle and yelled at me "are you dropping off or not". I'm on the phone dirtbag, you can wait five seconds. Also I have a U-Haul what the hell did you think I was there for.
Matthew MWe had difficulties returning the equipment and needed to speak to a representative. Charges were made for extra insurance that we did Not order and we could not remove it from our bill. We left messages to request communication from a rep when we returned the truck but no phone call email or text was attempted. The charges were made without our consent.

Mark RSurprised to be charged a $ 25 cleaning fee, I cleaned-out the van beforehand and didn’t expect this charge after I had left the van and received the charge by e-m later in the day. I’ll be going elsewhere next time !
MICHAELJAMES HOutrageous, the person who took my credit card Toby would be a $54 charge. It ended up being a hundred and some dollar charge. They were rude. They were unprofessional. They didn't tell me that there was an after-hours drop off charge. They were unprofessional about getting the information to try to check out myself. Absolutely outrageous. You should not do business with this group of people.
