The rear gate latch was extremely difficult to latch, so much so that I just got a pad lock and secured the gate with that, and did to bother using that latch at all.Victor R.

Ordered 26ft truck for 8/20. Confirmed caked day of staying no 26ft truck. So scheduled to pick up 2 15ft trucks at another location. Waited there 3 hrs sign on for out lunch. So was sent to another location picked up trucks. 3 miles down the road seen 6 26ft trucks at another uhaul location. Uhaul online scheduling service does not work. Ruined moving date.ERNEST M.
I used uhaul online to schedule 26ft truck. Had one scheduled for 8/20 received call that was not available. Rescheduled for 2 15ft trucks at another location. Waited there 2hrs sign said out to lunch. So called and scheduled pick up at another location on main St. That worked out. Drove 3 miles seen a uhaul location with 6 26ft trucks. The online service and location information was not helpful at all. Very bad service using uhaul online to book reservations. Where I picked up my truck and trailer is a joke. The trailer was in bad shape. Tires were bald and the wheel bearings were bad also. The road side worker that i had to call pointed this out to me. I'm so glad he looked over the truck and trailer.Michael J.

They were definitely not friendly customer service type people. Their business was fairly clean but just old and an awkward place for dropping off or picking up uhaul.Jason S.
With Covid19 going on, they were very conscience of the safety and wellbeing of their customers by only allowing a few in at a time. I was able to get the appliance dolly I needed but must say the dollies aren't as large and sturdy as they used to be. I rented the dolly to move a 27 cu ft fridge and it did do the job! Price was very good and low. Service was very friendly and completed in a timely manner.linda K.

From start to finish this experience has been the worst! No truck for me to pick up at 8am as I reserved â€¦ I had to go to 6 other locations to finally get a truck and did not get an truck until NOON! My drop off was supposed to be "LEHI UT" and that did not happen! I had to drive 22 additional mile to drop the truck off and I had it there the night before it needed to be there yet I was charged an additional 21.45! That is REDICULIOUS! For everything I went through I should have had money REFUNDED TO ME! Than when I asked for a receipt for the total charge U-Haul charged me I could not get it! A receipt for the EXTRA CHARGE I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY was sent to me over and over again! I plan on blasting U-Haul on social media and I will NEVER refer any business to U-Haul. Your company should be embarrassed to have given any customer the service I received from truck pickup to truck drop off!Peggy T.

A little tough to get to at the moment due to the light rail coming through town, but the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quickly got me checked in and on my way. You can be confident he will provide you with good service when your need arises.John P.
Well first off our reservation for a large truck basically meant nothing. They called the morning of our move and notified me we had no U-Haul then we got a smaller truck and some new location that's smack dab in the middle of construction central there was no way to even reach it! Had to take back roads because the main roads were blocked off! Such a joke. My pickup was originally for 9 then they switched locations so by the time I got to this new place it was 9:30.. turns out it didn't even open until 10 so we just sat there and waited! Why wasn't I told the hours?? Got a smaller truck that made me take many more trips still paying per mile and all the help I received was a free dolly. Honestly super upset with our experience we had so many things to do that day and the run around was a huge hassle. Plus no real compensation for not having our reserved truck- what's the point of even using the website? I guess if you just show up that morning you can get exactly what you need over the people who took the time to reserve something early.Krysten M.

Don't try to get the truck before the store opens at 10am because it's not possible. First off, the Uhaul app didn't work, second the store doesn't load the truck with requested blanket, moving aplliances, etc. the day before because...third, Uhaul apparently doesn't notify store that you will be taking a truck early the next morning. This is all a Uhaul company issue, not the rental location issue.Johnathen B.
