Nothing all staff are wonderful!!!

The staff at going postal were very friendly and easy to work with.

Dan was incredible. We were stranded on the side of the road and he delivered the truck to us personally. I cannot thank you enough for how helpful he was.

I've used Uhaul on a number of occasions in different locations around the country and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I spoke on the phone with the owner the day before my rental and he never mentioned that he wouldn't be there at our pickup time so we had to figure out how to get the keys from the lock box. The process on the Uhaul app to get to that point was ridiculously long and confusing. Other people got there before us to do the same thing and they were still struggling when we finally got the truck and left. Needless to say we were late to our pickup site because this took over 30 minutes for us to finally get the truck. Then we had a change of plans and wanted to drive further, so we called customer service to change our plan from mile to mile to a 24 hour plan. After supposedly contacting the scheduling dept, they said it wasn't possible to do that "since we were already dispatched". We offered to go to drop off the truck at any other location nearby and they said it wasn't possible. So we ended up spending over double what it should've cost us. Worst experience by far and I'm not sure I'll be using Uhaul again because of this. Not sure if it's a new policy to handle things this way but it was terrible.

I don't think you could do anything to improve Dan's service . He was the best , I would definitely recommend his store for your moving and packaging needs . Thank you Dan !

The owner of this location was exceptionally helpful! I would highly recommend this location! Check in and check out could not have been easier. He took all the technology frustrations away completely - registration, pick up, keys - it couldn't have been easier!

Absolutely nothing the service was amazing and the person who helped us out I think his name was Dan was awesome

Make sure the trucks are cleaned prior to pick up and that the customer get an actual copy of the contract.. The young gentleman who helped with the car carrier was wonderful.
