Trailer needed a jack so no one breaks their back attaching it. Very accommodating people, nice, quick, helpful.

Piilani BI was quoted $60 on phone. It turned out to be double that amount, minus ins. Gas gauge doesn't register until full so uhaul gets 1/4 tank free.

I shared my most "positive" experience with every person I came in contact with. From Tyler & Bob at Gogebic Lube to Amanda at U~Haul ( her experience and expertise got us on the road to pick up a Range at Home Depot). Benjamin to whom I was referred for a question, was such a genuine gentleman, caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Patricia DConsidering it was Gogebic Pro Lube's 3rd rental and only have been doing business with U haul for 3 weeks they were OUTSTANDING. They helped us with our frozen hitch to change the correct ball size. Friendly, went out of there way to help us!!!!!!!!
