The truck needs a complete inspection,left rear axle seal leaking bad,front end has problems pulling to right,steering is pidgin toed,needs a good inspection and repaired

Fantastic experience picking up the car dolly. They were so patient because I was having problems with my credit card going through , but we finally managed.
The manager, Mr. Davis is a real gentleman. I didn’t catch the other guys name, But he hooked me up perfectly, and I was on my way. Thank you U-Haul team Santee.

Was told I had to return vehicle at 3/4 full of gas. Once in truck, saw needle at 3/4. Refilled truck to 3/4 at drop off where was told, rightfully so, it was supposed to be 7/8. Was shown where 7/8 was circled on paperwork. Issue is that at origination what was told was not what was marked. True, I did not review the paper, but still should have been told the truth.

Auto transports need a better ratchet mechanisms for front wheel tie downs. Once tightened & after a trip these ratchet straps are very difficult to loosen for removal. Otherwise, all OK.

Everything here was good. The guy that came out greeted me with my name and was very helpful in dropping off the trailer. My fault, I went after they closed and wasn’t aware of the after hours drop off so I ended up keeping it another day. Still made my deadline without having to pay for an extra day. Good job.

Maybe have more gas in the uhaul and have the uhaul ready accessible, meaning out in front ready to go if you have a reservation.

This issue was your internet/phone service. They sent me to a dealer who wasn't there and did not have a trailer. Then they sent me to a town 25 miles in the wrong direction to wait for three hours. I lost a lot of money and time. The worst customer service ever.
