Pick up was very confusing. I don’t even know if I got the discount for using this location. I was told by sales representative I had to use this location and app. Instead of using the UhAul store.

Completely seedy location in a completely seedy neighborhood. No one there to check me in, even in the middle of a business day. I was afraid I was going to get robbed, if not by the neighbors, then maybe by the owner of the lot. No place to park. Absolutely not recommended.

I rented an appliance dolly, utility dolly and blankets with a truck. I submit the rental at 2 pm for a 5pm mobile pickup. When I picked up the truck none of the equipment was in the truck. I marked it as such. I intentionally returned the truck early so I could return the vehicle in the store, per the website, so I could address the discrepancy, which was still in my bill. The location staff said that if they helped me on their computer ( to fix a problem that they caused) they would have to charge me $20 and that if I picked up with mobile I had to return with mobile. Then they said I had to call customer service to get the rental cost removed. Customer service was kind and got the issue fixed but this place didn’t even check their after hours pick up contracts to see if additional equipment was needed. It also appears the people live on site in the main office. It was like walking into their living room, but not in a homey kind way.

The moving equipment and supplies I requested were not made available to me and I haven’t received a refund for not being able to use the stuff I paid for in advance and the uhaul was dirty from the moment we picked it up. There was mud in the drivers side.

It was tough to spot, and there's a sign on the wall saying that if the gas has been siphoned, you (the customer) will have to put gas in it to get it out of the lot. I mean, it's a solution, and I get it, but I wouldn't recommend it, i don't think.

Very confusing. When I walked in to the car salesman lot gentleman was not very friendly. Once I got into the truck it was very dirty and dusty outside windows were very dirty. I will never return to this location

Truck was dirty from setting for a long time. Had to find something to at least wipe off the windshield and windows. Wiper blades were stuck to the windshield so it’s been this way for awhile. Had an 1/8 tank of fuel so the first thing I had to do was stop at the gas station. Front left tire should be replaced as the tread is down to the wear bar.

First of all, your website is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. I was sent in circles through the same verification process 3 times before I gave up and had to go inside and talk to a person, who ended up being almost as unhelpful as your website. Honestly, he was a total dick, the place is a shit hole, and I'm not entirely sure that the animals he keeps there are not being neglected.

The location was fine, but the new ok online pickup process is terrible. I can not stress enough that it was one of the single most horrible experiences that I have ever been forced to be a part of. There was no warning that the process had change at all when we put our reservation in. It took almost 2 hours to pick up a truck that I was literally standing next to. The help line took over an hour to be able to talk to someone, and when I asked why the process was changed I was told because this way is easier. After all of that it then took over an hour to drop off the truck because your wonderful new way of doing bissness wouldn't take my card for the first seven tries. At the end of this I just want to say, and please pass this on. Whoever thought of this idea is with out a doubt that dumbest person who has ever walked this earth. If you are reading this and considering using uhaul as a moving service do not.

My experience with Godz isle u-haul rental was very easy and convenient. I had no troubles at all and Daryl was so polite and helpful!!! Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family.

Not storing your rentals at a religiously zealot location

Keys where located in a spot with high grass. Not ca clean spot. My truck was parked in a spot that is it is potentially risk for maneuvers. People less experient an easelly hit the other truck or other obstacles. I know it is a mobile check in but the person responsible for the location barely looked to my face explaining it and seems to dont't care at all. I wish the location was more clear and less rude people

Make the parking spot a lil easier, not fun parallel parking in such a tight space with a uhaul. But overall very friendly helpful service.

Great location. Only complaint was check out on App is slow and you should warn people the alternative contact you put in, you are going to call right then as a verification, before releasing vehicle. Thank goodness I was able to reach my person and let them know to answer the next time you called, because you were stopping my rental because no answer!

Don't use these people as a uhaul pick up location! The guy refused to help me with an in store pick up, I tried to figure out self check out before calling uhaul and spending 40 minutes on the phone. 1.5 hours after I got there I finally had a truck.

The office location had dogs and birds and smelled. The truck is not being swept out or the interior cleaned. The truck also did not seem to be properly maintained.

Your dealers are the only reason I use uhaul. Your customer services reps in your call center are rude and are not very knowledgeable on where their products are, nor how to provide good service.This dealer, Godz Isle, is the only reason I did not go elsewhere.

Rent a safe vehicle. Our fuel line from the gas nozzle to the tank had been cut and it was very unsafe. When filling tank for return it poured gas all over the ground. Had to have a tow truck come. I want my money back.

When there's a different quote from the on line quote, to the one you get at the location, you all need to be on the same page!! It makes you all look like you don't know what you're doing!

The staff at Godz Isla Auto Sales was friendly & courteous and made my experience as easy as possible! They were very flexible and worked with me to find a time that was good for me to pick up the truck/trailer. I would only recommend that it be more clear that there is a specific TIME that the truck/trailer needs to be returned.

When I arrived at the drop-off location--before 4:00 pm on a Saturday--it was closed! The gate was locked so I had to park the truck across an alleyway on the side of the facility. There were signs that said any improperly parked vehicles would be towed or ticketed at the expense of the renter, so I was very concerned. At this point I haven't heard that there was any problem, but I would certainly NOT accept responsibility if there was.

when I picked up the u-haul From this location everything seemed great until I got down the street noticed the uhaul had absolutely no gas In the uhaul, I went back and told the guy about there is no gas in truck at all there was soposed to be 3/8 of a gallon so he said oh no someone must of siphoned It all out I was shocked,he was nice to me about said he would waive my uhaul fees and maybe a little mileage off to...so my suggestion would be locking gas caps so people that last used uhaul are not responsible for siphoned gas,thats not right.

We were never told about a rental tax when we called to reserve the van. we were shocked that we were charged $82.83 on the last invoice, the first said $48.96 what is rental tax. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this ahead of time. we are very disappointed.

This is more a used car lot than u haul location. Inside was dirty, looked like a garage sale location, was un organized and after the paperwork was completed I was asked if I needed any help hooking up the trailer, like I was expected to do it myself.

This location was a very rag tag type of location. It also had too many religious signs on it. Jesus Saves, Redemption comes through Jesus, etc... He also was giving out new testament booklets. Not a normal or tidy business environment.

The customer service was great, the couple were nice, but the inside of the shop made me slightly uncomfortable? It was like a family was living inside and between the counter and the desk where the guy took my order was a treadmill with deodorant on it, a rather big dog and an empty critter cage? As a female by herself, I felt a little on edge and I probably won't return to this particular location.

Receipt was innacurate. Tank was on full. $30 gas fee, wow. I guess you make your money by ripping off customers, that's very sad. Won't be back, and will tell friends and family to avoid this location.

Engine check light came on half-way thru the move I was making, all fluids were ok on check; so it is clear this truck was not inspected or that the maintenance was checked prior to being rerented. No walk around inspection prior to leaving to annotate previous damage. I've had better experience with Uhaul in the past, not to those standards.

When we picked up the uhaul there were potato chips inside smashed all over the floor as well as a bottle of water that was half drank. The physical location of Gods Izle(I believe that's the name) was very dirty inside itself. The people were kind, but the business was dirty and extremely cluttered with animals everywhere(dogs, cat, guinea pig) etc. Also, when I picked up the truck the gas was below a half tank, eventhough my husband and I filled it back up to the half tank line. Also there were extra fees that made our experience over 160.00 dollars! Won't be using UHAUL again. Not a good experience. :( Dirty truck, tons of fees.
