The truck was not swept and the cab was dirty. The gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I had to drive to another city to pick up the truck because the one I had reserved weeks in advance was not available. The lady in Raeford could not get the Uhaul app to open and run in her store. I had to go to another city to pick up the truck and then another city to get the trailer. I had paid movers in advance ($200 per hour) that were at my house for an hour and a half before I could get the truck there. I showed up five minutes early to get the truck and should have been back to my home in time. I had a friend flying in from Detroit to drive the truck home for me and we were late picking him up because of the delay in getting the truck. My friend that was dropping me off in Raeford to pick up the truck had to go to work and had to take me to another city after 40 minutes waiting for a non-responsive computer system in the Raeford store. She lost two hours pay that day. All Uhaul employees that I dealt with were very friendly and were as helpful as they could be. The computer system and lack of organization in your company made my move a nightmare sadly. I would never use or recommend Uhaul to anyone. I had told the person I got the truck from that I would return it in Inkster Michigan and when I got there they said I had to take it back in Westland. I had just filled the gas tank. I have photos on my phone of the pile of dirt, garbage and hardware that was left on the truck bed floor when we started loading if you would like to see it. I was told that I should have been given $50 at the site when I picked up the truck and now I'm supposed to jump through some hoops to get that? $50 is an insult to the horrible experience I had with your company. Make sure online scheduling is finalized and info sent to the store. I was charged 421.00 in addition to actual charges. Charged for 7 days more than I used by. I've never had any issues scheduling pick up and drop off online until now

The truck leaked our stuff got soaked and ruined. The truck would not go over 50. The seat was broke for the driver side. The driver side dirt and window leaked. The shocks were horrible so the truck was all over. The alignment was off and the truck pulled to the right. This moving experience was a nightmare.

The owner was very professional and helpful I have been around for 39 years I never seen customer service to it’s excellence. She was very helpful from the time I called to the time I stepped in the doors. She made me feel welcomed she had a warm spirit about her I would recommend anyone to her location because she made you feel like family.

I did not like the fact my sheet did not have a return address and the only reason I knew where to take the truck is because a lady from the place of return called me asking to bring truck back early. Had to drive 10 miles out of the way to this location and was promised a discount if returned early only to find they already found another truck they needed. However they were courteous and friendly. I blame uhaul for this mishap.

Wonderful smile beautiful lady! Everything went wondeful. The cashier was polite, fast and to the point. When i returned it she gave me the same wonderful goodbye as she did with her hell. Forgive me i dont remember her name but i will remember my rental experience.

Truck had a broken window and was not clean. There was trash behind the front seat and overall it was dirty.

This was my first U-Haul rental and I was unsure of what equipment or size I needed. Godwin's Archery took the time to go through the options and explain the rental procedures.
