The amount of gas was marked incorrectly on the contract. It stated there was 7/8 of a tank, but there actually was only between 1/2 and 3/4 of a tank. I informed the counter associate, and she stated she noted my contract or profile, I don't remember which. I returned the truck at exactly the amount it was at when I picked up, but I was charged 5 gallons of gas.David C.

The person who was managing the Go Store it did not know how to deal with the Uhauls. I was eventually able to confirm that the truck that I had rented was on the lot. The app did not allow me to input my drivers license info or anything like that until the store actually opened at 9:30 when on the App it said that my pick up time was 9. There was no drop box for the keys the guy working at the store had to go get the keys for the truck. This process took 45 minutes longer than it should have the the worker at the physical location was not well informed on how to instruct the people picking up the Uhaul.Olivia B.

No directions on how to pick up the vehicle from their property after hours. The vehicle was right there and I couldn't pick because I was not given gatekey. The whole moving plan was delayed and caused a lot of inconvenience because of this. The staff did not seem to feel sorry for this which was even more annoying.Sujai R.
My vehicle when picked up got 1/2 fuel and they marked 3/4 similarly mileage was marked some 15 miles less. I noticed fuel and got it corrected but missed mileage and got charged. I understand it's my responsibility but it would help for better customer experience if staff checks them in front of customer.Dhanaraju V.
Uhaul was a complete chaos. Originally they did not know where the truck was assigned, after an online reservation, we waist 2 hours to pick up the truck and at the end they gave us a wrong truck size and charged for the new wrong assigned vehicle.BERNABE D.
Other than the fact that a week after we dropped off our uhaul, we got an email saying they we had not yet returned the truck, when in fact we did, by the contracted date, the drop off was easy. It would be helpful to know where to park the truck on return.Marissa J.

They didn't have my reservation ready. I had an early pick up to get things moving but since they didn't have the truck ready I had to wait until the office opened. It delayed my whole day and I didn't even get a simple apology.JOHN S.
I was unable to pickup my truck from my preferred location due to availability but she assigned me to another location that was relatively close.That said, the day that I was supposed to pick it up...I was assigned to another pickup location and it was only by sheer luck that I happened to see the email at 2:00pm for a 5:30pm pickup. I received no call or text notifying me of the change. Also, the new location did not have the furniture dolly that I requested on my order so I had to make a separate trip to my preferred location to secure one. Not a good experience until I actually secured the equipment. After that, all was fine.Kimberly A.

The reservation I made didn't even stay at the correct location. I had to drive 20 farther to arrive and they screwed up and gave MY one-way 26' to a two-way customer... leaving me with no vehicle. Then they told me to go 20 miles back up north to get my 26' truck and then another 15 miles more north to get a trailer. When I arrived to get the truck at the second location I saw they had a auto transport trailer there and I asked why the hell do I have to go to another location to get it.. so I was allied to take that one with a fuss. Today when I returned the truck and trailer the tenant could not close out the auto transport trailer and was confused at what happened. I basically walked away. You know how to take reservations... you just don't know how to KEEP the reservations. By the I'm curious if the $50 for the truck and $50 for the trailer refund promise has made its way back to my card for the mistake. I haven't checked yet.jason K.
Still waiting on credit $75. We reserved our UHAUL truck and paid ahead...big mistake! When we arrived we were told by UHaul employee our truck was not there. We were sent to another location which had no attendant and our cell service was poor so after spending hours trying to pick up our PREPAID truck we had to go home and come back the next morning. Picking up our prepaid truck should have taken 20 min not hours!!!! Poor poor poor service. The employee who told us we could not pick up our truck because it was not there was not apologetic in any way. We called the 800# while there and Karen promised a credit. Still a month a waiting on credit!!!! We had people waiting to load our truck but could not do so since UHAUL did not provide the truck that was paid for. The trucks AC didn't work. Works for 3 minutes then cuts out and won't work for 20 minutes. That does over and over. Really bad for how hot is it outside.Johnathan J.
Truck â€œcabâ€ area needed to be cleaned more. Additionally, After looking for the keys for 20 minutes, being told they were in the truck, I found them up And far back under the drivers seat. Perhaps show or give the keys to the Renting client before going back to the office.Scott P.

i did my booking day before for 3 pm..had schedulled the movers . when i got to Uhaul place 1/2 hour before the pick up time we noticed they were closed and no one available in the office.We saw note on the door that we are that says we will be back at 3.30. so i called the phone number and got the voice mail twice. left a message the second time and nobody returned my call. i tried to call UHAUL main number but i was told there is long wait.Meanwhile i had the movers at my house waiting which cost me $75 an hour . AROUND 3.30 pm someone came to the Uhaul place opened up the place and said she had to take late lunch hour. Very unprofessional .would never ever go back to UHAUL. hOW CAN I BOOK YOU IN ADVANCE AND PAY FOR SERVICE THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN PROVIDE TO YOUR CUSTOMER. My movers cost me a lot more than what i anticipated because i was 1 hour 45 minutes late because had to wait that long to get the truck .SO you tell me if i need to be a satisfied customer???? Very unprofessional and inadequate!!!!!!!!!!!zack E.
When I reached there with a self mobile app check in option, the truck assigned to me was not operational. They had another truck sitting in the lot and I asked if they could replace. Initially, the rep said that one is not working too. She called her area manager and he then assigned the same truck that the rep said was not working. Apparently, it was a newer one qit 6500 miles ans they did not want to.give that. During the course of this, I was made to wait for 1.5 hrs while they served other storage customers. Bottom line: they hadvery ppor sense of customer service despite this being their readiness issue for a.mobile pick up. On my return, i checked in the truck via the app and then had to return keys. The office qas open and they had put a sign that they are out of.office. it as very unintuitive to find the drop box, we called to ask and there was no answer too. Finally, had to drop in their mail.box and come.back. Very disappointed with this location and customer service.Sameer G.

For new customers who are driving the UHaul for the 1st time, there should be some instructions on driving, things to take care while driving etc. This will help and they don't need to ask the facility member for each and every thing.Naveen B.

A survey for the location of my original request at Your Extra Attic, 1715 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA would be the preferred survey since my reservation there was cancelled by someone other than me and I was not informed until I arrived to pickup the trailer.eddie L.

i was Supposed to pick up the truck 1.2 miles from my house. Then I was told I needed to go to this location - 13 miles away on a Friday afternoon in Atlanta. That was a 50-minutes drive to nowhere. Then when we arrived there was no one at the office and we sat outside for 20 minutes. We also only received half of the mats that we needed.Tiffany T.
