clean the inside and outside of the van. fix the tire pressure so the light won’t be on. have the chat working at a good time responding back, the app did not allow me to self check in so i had to go to the inside store to check in and they checked boxes that i didn’t agree to.

Elizabeth TThis location is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The store was closed when I got there at the time of my appointment. It took almost an hour for them to get the truck to me. Customer service sucked badly. They charged me twice so I spent double on my rental. When I was supposed to drop off the rental I arrived an hour early and they were closed and had no drop box. The neighborhood is awful and scary and uncomfortable. I would never ever rent a truck from this location ever again. Even the customer service hotline had horrible customer service both times. The women talked to me as if I were ignorant or a problem because of the issues I had. This is a horrible place to rent from. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.
