The Lady that was there in the evening working at the exon WAS RUDE... Never in my life have I seen someone be so nasty to ppl. I worked a 12 hr shift then drove a hour to pick up the vehicle just to have to deal with low ball customer service smh never again.....

Vehicle was fairly clean inside and embarrassingly dirty outside. My first stop after picking up the vehicle was to a carwash for an outside wash and vacuum/dusting inside. The vehicle was sound mechanically. I will rent again but disappointed in the overall cleanliness. Also, the online rental wasn't clear on what to do with the padlock on the lockbox for the keys (didn't say to place it back on the lockbox) so I kept it for the entire rental.

My husband and I tried using the APP to check in. It took over and hour and 3 calls to UhAUL with a 30 min wait time just to talk with a real person. We had 1 place telling us we had no reservation and another with a confirmation number. I never got it to work on my phone, but thankfully my husband was finally able to get the needed information. I will NEVER use UHAUL again without an actual store and person to check me in and out. What a terrible and stressful experience!

The personnel at the Exxon Glynn Street location would not offer any help. I was told to go on line and call U-Haul if I needed help. Then the vehicle was not set up, so I spend over an hour getting the vehicle. A U-Haul manger called me and he was great!!! He took care of all my issues. Also, the person who closed the return at U-HAUL customer service was exceptional as well.

Wrong contact number on website. Otherwise quick and easy. The guy I spoke with was super nice!
