WARNING: the original pick up point on highway 72 never showed at the designated time. FIRE them! The folks on W Broadway were excellent as were the folks at the drop off point on Cowesette.

I can’t rate the location. I dropped the vehicle off after hours. I can say the area was easily accessible and I received confirmation quickly the next day that the truck was received and my order complete.

It would have been helpful to be shown various features on the truck, IE there was a "towing" light lit in amber on the dash, and I was unable to determine whether it was on or off? Also, I felt I was cheated a bit on the gas in the vehicle at pick up - the guage read below what was indicated on contract.

Communicate with your customers! I elected to add extra equipment that this location didn't have. I didn't use the mileage we estimated and I still haven't heard from anyone as to what I was charged. No communication from uhaul was a huge inconvenience.
