I dropped the truck at 5am in the morning. It was closed. They charged me for an extra 7.6 miles, but they didn't know that they makes me drive 40 km extra to go get it. He also called me to complain about cardboards in the truck, but i told him that they were already in it. And he's lucky that i remove all the broken planks that were in the truck.

the man was rude and unhelpful. started shouting that we were parking in the wrong place and when asked were we should park said he would not take the vehicle snd walked away. we parked the UHaul and put the keys in the box. please note the vehicle was returned 24 hrs in advance, with more gas than nevessary and clean. worst experience ever with UHaul.

The man was very difficult to deal with. We were there for 1.5 hours trying to get vehicle. Had to call head office. He was very rude and disrespectful. Definatley has a.problem working with women. When i returned truck my husband met me there once he realized he knew my husband and our business he was quite nice he apologized to me for his behaviour the.previous day. However not to my.collegue. He said she owed him apology, jowever she would not have been somangry towards him had he not provoked it with his.attitude. poor customer service

it was raining when I went to pick up truck … attendant had me go out to find the truck and bring it up from so he could get the information he need …. also did not have the dolly I had requested … so had to go out and had to purchase one …. would not recommend this location

I am currently on hold with U-Haul customer service. I have been on hold for 28 minutes. I paid 209 dollars when I picked up my truck - I called to ask about extend the number of days and was told it would be a 40 dollar charge - I agreed to that 40 dollar charge. When I dropped my truck off he told me I had to pay an extra 192 - he told me that I had to pay for three extra days at a charge of 70 per day (I would not have agreed to that.) I have chosen U-Haul because of their excellent customer service. This additional 192 dollars is not something I budgeted for. I was expecting to pay an extra 40 dollars NOT 192.78 I am extremely disappointed and respectfully ask that U-Haul amend this. I am on the phone now with an agent.

The truck we rented was dirty and we had to clean it before we used it . we also received it with less than a quarter of a tank of fuel and when we put ten dollars in she wouldn't accept that we did.We well never rent from u haul again

Clean trucks so they do not stink, sweep out loading zone of truck, better customer service very rude and unprofessional talking to their friends. Customer service rep did not ask for ID or anything just handed me the keys and I left. Gas gauge was not where it was suppose to be at 3/4 when I got it her response was she didn't care.

Hi, I reserved a 15' truck for January 29 at uhaul, at Trident business on N Murray street, Trenton. This was Monday Jan. 28th, & the pickup address was moved to new address & noone told me. My driver went to Trenton for nothing. Then eventually got uhaul at global gas., In Belleville. The service was average in Belleville.
