You are already doing things right. There was a short edit and I was on my way. The gentleman were very nice and cordial. I would use this location again.

Never book through a website, always speak to a live person. Missed some of the fine print and was charged extra when I returned after the shop closed. Man told me returning after they closed no problem, just drop keys in box outside door. Also charged for a cart that I did not need nor was it in the van when I took it. Also had to remind him to get the moving blankets I did reserve. Had asked for a dozen (for $10.00) only received 7. Thankfully that was all I really needed when I was done. When I went back the owner of the shop was very nice but explained that they are only a parking space for the vehicles, I had an agreement with U-Haul directly so I need to bring my complaints to them. He did offer to discount any future services there the amount I was overcharged.

This location was a last minute change due to uhaul not honoring my original contract. How about honoring a confirmation and reservation made after taking credit card information? Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
