It was very hard to find - especially for someone who isn't from Calgary. Better directions on the internet would make it easier. And signage in the mall.Marilyn D.
This location is tough to recommend, the counter lady was nice enough but once I found the location it was is horrible it's in a party stuff store and very tough to find. Zero signage. Not sure I'd recommend that due to their office location...They need to figure out what type of business they are in...or get some better signage...Avis has better signage and location in that area, I think I might go with them next time in CalgaryGeorge C.
There is no outdoor signage for Uhaul agent nor Glitz store, causing me to drive 3 times around this large shopping center. I was hoping to even find other UHaul trucks so I would know where to park. I needed 2 phone calls to ensure I was at the right place and to locate it. Also store opens at 10 am. Also the gas gauge on pickup was inaccurate. I sent photos as proof and want reimbursementSimone B.
For the second time in a week my reservation at this location was unavailable for me to pick up. The air conditioning was not working in the truck. I will be in touch to claim my $50 credit. Likely to seek alternatives next time I need a rental.Ken F.

Instructions too vague for drop off. Adding mileage driving around shopping mall parking lot wondering where to drop off. No signage. No idea you would have to walk thru a mall to a Glitz Party Store to return UHaul. Frustrating experience after moving all day!!willow J.

Indigo parking services issued me a $90 parking ticket for my personal vehicle being parked in the Uhaul truck parking area. I tried contacting them and explained the situation, but they are feigning ignorance as to uhaul having trucks at that location.MICHAEL C.
Initially I was going to drop off the van in Red Deer but I wanted to change it to a location in Innisfail. The staff at Glitz Plus were unable to do that for me and said I have to drop it in Red Deer as per my initial request. I decided to try and drop it off in Innisfail and they were able to accommodate me.Darren S.
There's no dropbox to leave keys after hours and they do not seem to receive communications with the main uhaul company since they are unaware of the notes left on your file.Grace Xinyi T.

The truck was almost empty on gas so it was not a good thing : I had to give it back with the same amount (too low, there was the alert with less than 50 miles left) and yet in your chart it was said that if we give it back with less than 1/4 I would have a 30$ fee...Guillaume C.

long walk from where you do the rental transaction to where the vehicle is parked AND having to carry heavy dolly from middle of the mall out to the parking location. Would only recommend it if someone lived close to the mall.Suzanne A.

Confusion over having the vehicle or not. No dolly or blankets available. Front desk person was helpful, kind and easy to work with, but the overall site and situation not good.Kristoffer B.
No knowledge about service and handling ID's and documents. 1.Cant see and Confirm something but repeated questioning on Govt issued photo ID's. Questioning about how long you lived in this country, which U haul never does it anyways but this store does. 2. Any questions you ask about , They don't have answers and direct you to the phone numbers which never works. The owner/ person doing the reservation operates remotely, but the store girl have to explain and be a face front to a customer with Zero knowledge. 3.If you ask for the details on the vehicle, Their final answer is , you can cancel the reservation and go to a different location. Which is clearly I cant with whatever I plan ahead. 4.All my previous Rentals with U-Haul is very smooth and easy. This one make day worse with unclear information and unable to handle the business. 5.I recommend you use the one in Barlow or In downtown Self service on to make life easy rather to put up with unprofessionalism. 6.Vehicle is parked way to far than the Rental office and have to come back to the office on their time to return the key , which is double work. and you have to pay if you are leaving your car during the rental time.Stalin S.
Called me as I was walking up yo pick up my truck at 11 to tell me it wouldn't be ready until noon. Then called and said 12:30. I stood at the check in while 2 staff used the phone to figure out how to give me truck. Left aft 1 pm. Terrible experience.Krista R.
