Dan was absolutely amazing and extremely professional. Best customer service and experience I've ever received while renting through U-Haul or any other moving truck agency. He even took the time and helped provide driving directions as I wasn't very familiar with getting around in the San Antonio area. Dan was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous which resulted in a very pleasant renting experience.

Richard CThe trailer was older and had some obvious damage but the agent was very helpful and courteous, there was an issue with the time and return location for the trailer but that was corrected without issue.
JAMES CFolks at the front desk were both very nice and helpful. The truck was parked up front and ready to go. Trucks are in the normal Uhaul state (run well, but all have cosmetic damage. No biggie). Really recommend this location. Plus there is a gas station across the street for easy refueling.

alberto hI had originally set up reservation pick-up at a different location. They were unable to assist me, so I called, and I was rerouted to this location which worked out very well! Although it was a bit out of the way I was in/out in less than 10 minutes! Very friendly and thorough service!!

Also, the wiring harness that was provided was cracked so I had to repair the harness roadside so the trailer lights worked. It was obvious that the harness had been damaged by a prior user.

DONICIO DWas overcharged $36. $26 for insurance I declined and $20 for after hours service when had to disconnect the trailer from my truck by myself. Very disappointing.
patrick nI selected the check in online option to avoid having to wait in line and ended up having to wait anyway to get the keys to the truck. It defeats the purpose of checking in online. I’ll go to an actual U-haul store if I ever need to rent a truck again.

The Google Streets photo is out-of-date and blurred by the previous business owner, and the Uhaul website has the wrong photos for the location, but rest assured this location is legit. Quack's Appliances Neighborhood U-Haul is new, clean and ready to serve.
