Make sure that the tires have air in them. It was frigid cold and 1 tire was 50 lbs low on air. I had to stand outside in 11 degree weather with the wind gusting up to 30 mph to put air in the tire. There must be a slow leak in the tire because I had to do it again before I returned it.

I used the mobile app to pick-up and drop-off. Requested 2 hours, returned on time. The app would not allow me to return, so I had to seek help. During the time working the app and seeking help I went over the 2 hour time by 17 mins and was charged an extra day of $39.00 & initial rental was $19.00. This doesn't make sense if I requested 4 hours and returned at this time there would be no extra charge. Fix your system!

I gave back the truck before 3:40 pm and now I getting charged for after hours charge, after hours is after 5:00 pm, I put gas and I have a witness with me I want those $20 dollars back in my car, i dropped the key with the employee, this is very unprofessional I got a dirty truck I was cleaning for at least 30 mins, scratches all over, with less gas on the tank then claim on the paperwork, this is unbelievable, worse experience ever

Absolutely do not change. I have never in my life experienced such phenomenal care, from the first day of rental, beyond checking in the truck. Unfortunately, during the time of having the rental, I had a couple of extremely devastating things that happened, all in 2 days. From losing my grandfather, to my father having 3 massive heart attacks and being in the ICU. I was frantic. Your customer support team has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I can't thank you enough.

Pick up time was 10. Showed early to make sure everything went smoothly. Gentlemen at the checkout/cashier spot wasn't knowledgeable whatsoever, seemed like he had the bare minimum of training on what he's suppose to do for uhaul, granite I'm sure it's pretty simple because he basically just transacts and gives the keys. However, he didn't even question if I wanted any extra making my bill high. I called customer service and talked to two representatives which they did amazing. They helped me quick & efficiently. The last rep transferred me over to the manager Dave, who was super friendly, personable & amazing. He did what he needed to do to get me my price I was quoted prior to pick up. & he contacted the cashier, once done there he then called me back to make sure I was good to go. The people at the uhaul place on Annapolis rd were absolutely amazing too! Super helpful, friendly, easy going & very informative.

The pick up truck was very dirty inside and out. Smelled like cigarette smoke. When I returned they charged me $25 cleaning fee and told me it was dirty. I can send pics to you if you like. I had to clean the steering wheel and stuff I would touch cause it was dirty. So he told me the gas and break pedal was dirty.

Make sure they inspect the vehicle before renting and after returning. Also a written receipt is needed before they can trump up the charges.

Drop off was great and perfect. Pick up, it was horrible. There was only one person and it's a gas station. Waited 20 min in line to talk to the person. I was getting a trailer. I am female. The trailer was very heavy. No one helped me get it hooked up. I had to flag down a random guy on the road to help me lift the trailer to get it on the ball. Then the guy at the station wanted a picture but did not check to make sure anything was hooked up right, no lights check to make sure all the lights worked, nothing. I asked another stranger to help me check the lights. It took me a total of 45 min to pick up this trailer. Drop off was totally different. The guy that was there helped take it off and was really nice. Drop off was perfect. Pick up was a nightmare.

Truck not there and had to use another size even after confirmation. Location not open. Could not here attendant and he did not speak English. Attendant was late and had to open up location and help me at same time. Would no recommend this place or any unsullied to anyone again

This location did not have the utility cart or the furniture pads that I had ordered (but they did not charge me). We discovered a roach on board but it was too late since most of the truck was already loaded. The roach did NOT come from my stuff because I was at my apartment for 3 years and never saw any roaches. When I went back to return the truck, I told the guy in the booth and he laughed! I said "I better not have any roaches in my stuff." This is the first time I have ever experienced any shortage of items that I wanted and never had an issue with roaches with Uhaul in the past. I would not use this location again. I didn't get the customer service that I have come to expect from Uhaul and I have used Uhaul many times throughout my life. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.

Truck was not at location at pickup time. Slow service from location to get the key one the car arrived. Gas reader on car was not working properly. We filled up and it moved after we drove for miles. It didn't change immediately after filling. So we put more fuel than needed.

This particular location was shady……with the individual in the gas box that was late and very short with me. This person never walked around the rental truck with me to go over the condition of the vehicle and never checked the mileage before departure, but instead I was given keys and a thumbs up. I took a photo of the mileage before I left the location and when I returned. When I returned the rental truck, again this person did not come out of the gas box to check the vehicle or mileage…..instead, I was told to write the mileage down on a piece of paper. This was totally unprofessional and actually very lazy on this persons part and with these actions of laziness, I was actual charged more for miles per gallon because this person submitted it incorrectly. So with that being all said, I will never deal with this particular location ever again.

I ordered 3 hand trucks, 1 furniture dolly and 36 blankets. None was on the truck. I told clerk. He just shrugged his shoulders. I HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION @ my expense to get my equipment. And I had to bring that equipment back to that location. THEN drive the truck back to another location. I SHOULD BE REEMBURSED FOR THE MILAGE. TRUCK HAD NO AC!!!

Equipment requested in the reservation (moving dolleys) were not provided. It wasn't until we'd received the keys and began the moving process that we noticed there was no additional equipment in the vehicle. After contacting the employee at the rental location, we were told they didn't have any available so they didn't provide them. This should have been conveyed in advance as it limited what we were able to transport.

A staff member looked at us, told us they were expecting us, then ignored us and wouldn't help us through the process. They essentially tossed a hand truck at us and sent us on our way. I asked for more equipment when I reserved, but didn't get it. Probably for the best, as the hand truck was banged up, the truck had dents and scratches all down its side, the cab was sticky all over the inside and smelled like pure smoke.

Wasn't told we'd need to go to 2 different locations to get a truck and trailer. The guy at the trailer pickup was nice but didn't know the product well. He watched us get in and out of the car on the trailer thru the windows. Meanwhile there are latches on the wheel well of trailer that go down and allow you to open your door.

The truck I rented sounded like it was going to fall apart. The agent charged me for the insurance that I told him I did not want. The also pointed out that something was wrong with the gas meter. I still got charged for fuel because of it. I'm a dj and rent from uhaul frequently. This was my first and last time using the marathon gas station on Richie Hwy to rent from.

Took a long time to process my uhaul. Got there before 8:30 didn't get the key until after 8:30. Return the truck little after 8:30 they didn't check me out until 9:24 then charged me for an extra day of rental. They also read the gas mileage wrong and charged me $65. I had to take time out my day to call customer service to get a refund. Don't have a problem with uhaul because I use them a lot of time but will never use that location again.

I paid for a hand truck and he said it was in bed of pick up, but as I started to leave I realized it wasn't there so had to turn around to go back. The line was pretty long and even though I checked in online, it still took a little time. But the guy was nice which did help my experience in a positive way!

In terms of getting the job done they did, however in terms of customer service no. They didn't have furniture pads available to rent. Other places did the little things to make the experience special which led to a recommendation those little experiences were lacking here but as I said they got the job done, I rented the truck, used it returned it and paid for it.

This was the 3rd time this week that I have rented a U Haul Truck from this location. I give the highest mark to the Rental Agent, Mr. Bilal and his lot man Mr. Mike. They are both professional and very customer care driven. Mr. Mike even throws in a Spiritual Best Wishes to each customer as he leaves.
