The truck was fine. Clean, working, gassed up and ready to go. No issues there. What was a small issue was the UH app. While it worked pretty well, it was a bit confusing as to getting into the order. For example, I open the app and there is my waiting order. I click 'more info' and it sort of leaves me hanging in that it only shows what I already know. I then had to start over with the registration. It all worked out but it took some wrangling to get where I wanted to be. Also, because the internet connection was not that terrific, I would get booted out and start over a couple of times. Knowing what I know now, there are a couple things I will do first to ensure it goes a bit smoother. Overall though, it was a good experience and everything worked out. It just took some pushing and pulling to get it right. I will certainly be coming back to UH and this particular location in the future!.Joseph R.

The store was closed when I arrived and I had to wait 15-20 minutes before getting a response. Once I got in contact with the owner/person in charge things were smooth, the woman was super kind and lovely to deal with.Rachel M.

We showed up to the location to drop off the truck 3:51 there was no key drop box (only key boxes were for pickups and those had padlocks on them). The store was closed even though it says online that they are opened till 5 because of this I had to call U-Haul customer service and spend over an hour trying to figure out what to do with the key.Sergei D.
