Both of my units were infested with fiddleback spiders. Also, one unit had dropped some kind of caulking all over some of my furniture (as if it had melted from the roof). Also found mold/mildew growing on the bottom of some of my furniture that had been up against one of the walls as if there had been a leak at some point. Also had items that had been knocked over and moved around when management accessed the unit to put mice bait out. Pictures were broken and the roller/foot broken off my office chair. I was heart broken to find my items in such poor condition. I still have not been able to move into my new house. All items had to be taken to a garage and fumigated and are having to be unpacked one box at a time and gone through piece by piece before they can be brought into the house to ensure all spiders have been killed. I contacted the facility and sent pictures of some of the items but was just told “sorry” … we will get your auto renew turned off and make note you have moved out of your units.
