The location needs better signage for Uhaul. We saw the uhaul trailer before we saw any signage. The location could use new paving. It was very rough! Also, for some reason the attendant said he would still have to take all my information so the online check-in wasn't valid. This is probably a (IT) tech issue. Otherwise the attendant was Very friendly and helpful. Great service ðŸ˜Š Highly recommend for service!BRENDA S.
This location was definitely in one of the most dangerous areas I have ever been in. Filthy. There was no where to park the truck. I had to leave it in a place that made the most practical sense. Because the small area of the lot that was outlined for U-Haul, was being taken up by three trucks. Poorly parked.Erin H.

This owner wasn't even notified that I was coming to pick up a truck. Because of I haul my moving day started 2 1/2 hours late, I had people waiting at my moving residence for 3 hours. I think you owe me for this whole inconvenience. I won't ever use I haul again !james L.
What I didn't like is they did not explain the 24 hour online key code I was suppose to pick truck up at 5 and waited 45 minutes because no one was there and if I knew about online key code I could've been gone please let your customer knowSerina M.

I fully expect a refund. This was the worst uhaul experience of my life. IF I didn't desperately need a truck I wouldn't have taken it. The truck was filthy, we found out the brake lights didn't work and the truck felt like it was going to fall apart while driving.Austin P.

I rented truck, dolly and furniture pads. Truck was ready. Although nothing else inside. Fortunately he had dolly but no furniture pad. It took him 30-45 minutes to figure out. Than I have to go to different U-Haul place to pick furniture pads. What's the point of opting for mobile pick up. Save time was whole idea but wasted more time. Unsatisfied!!!Nirav P.

When I picked up the truck I got an email that my drop off location had been "changed" from what I originally registered on your website. I called the original drop off site and was told I could return the truck there. Upon arriving at the North Main Street location in High Point, NC (my original drop off) I was then told I could not drop the truck off there. Once again, when I gave you over a week's notice on this reservation you should have plenty of time to make arrangements to honor what was reserved via your website. Making last minute changes your customer's arrangements is NOT GOOD BUSINESS practices. I will have second thoughts about renting from you in the future... and I have several future moves I'll be making.Ken G.
