The directions on the web site to the u haul facility were incorrect and sent me to a location 2 miles from the facility. I had to call for directions and wasted an hour renting this unit.

Make sure the ordered equipment is in the truck if the customer is picking it up after hours. I ordered a dolly, and didn't get it, but was still charged for it. Other than that, nice and easy process.

The Uhaul was leaking gas everywhere and was unsafe to drive. The power steering was non-existent and the alignment was almost unbearable. We asked for a full refund as no other replacement vehicle was available.

The after hours return web app using iPhone would not allow “continue” from step 3 screen (shot of trailer interior and damage question) despite repeated attempts; restarting, adding single/multiple photo's, creating new account, etc, etc. Calling agent's help number on contract would be useless; they were closed. We eventually called 1-800-UHAUL where an agent completed check-in to avoid the additional $20 fee but by then we'd wasted about 45 minutes. Please fix the screen freeze in the web based return app and make it clear on the contract that the main number is staffed at night and can process returns when necessary.

U-Haul agent met us outside. She was inviting and helpful. She checked the truck out (we had swept it out before check-out to avoid extra costs) and looked ok. Fast and easy drop-off with no issues. FYI for other customers: We were told at drop-off that there is normally a $20 fee to deliver in person instead of after hours self check-out. I was unaware of this as I do not rent U-Hauls regularly and it seems it should be included in the upfront price to deliver to a human. I feel that is one area U-Haul can improve - nobody appreciates random extra fees and most would probably prefer to check in with someone when delivering an expensive truck, especially those that are less experienced and hardly ever rent them.

This trailer was a death trap, did not track straight and very prone to dangerous swaying, whether loaded or unloaded, and I loaded the trailer properly, I'm very experienced in that.

Still not sure what the extra 29.90 charge was for. I paid 103.38 for a trailer rental then when I check it in. I was charge an additional 29.90. Explaining would be something that can be done better. Gracias

The truck size recommended to me based on my requirements was too small. The woman at the call center who recommended this truck to me made a very big mistake. I couldn't fit all of my load in the truck and this caused me extra costs.

I don't even know where to begin first the truck that I reserve was not available on the date that I needed it I rescheduled for a truck prior on a Saturday and was charged $477 then the truck was not made available to me so the order was canceled then I went home got another truck set up was charged an additional $522 that That reservation was canceled when I went in Monday to get the truck that was reserved I was charged an additional $422 for the same damn truck therefore I was charged three times on three separate occasions it is been over three business days I have not been reimbursed for one of these charges I paid almost $1500 to rent one truck for three days I barely had enough money left in my account to get gas in thing I am so I am so pissed off irritated with you all I will never use you guys again and I will never recommend you guys again The negligence on your system is unbelievable and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been put in this situation before if my money is it returned to me in full by the end of this week which is five business days I will be contacting the lawyer and you can bet it will be a class action suit against your company I guarantee I'm not the only one that has this issue as far as I'm concerned you guys should be embarrassed of how you run business and ashamed of how you treat people especially during an extreme crisis like thisOh yeah I forgot to mention finally when I got to the truck it wouldn't even start so we had to sit there and wait for an hour to two hours before the people were kind enough to get it running for us so yeah it's been nothing short of a freaking little experience hell thanks a lot uhaul And one last note the third charge wasn't even authorized you guys charge my account without even authorizing they called me they said we need to charge you again I refused and you charged me anyway Unbelievable

The person I dealt with was very nice. I reserved this Auto Transport 1 week early they called me the night before I was suppose to pick it up and changed locations. I had to drive one hour out of my way to pick up this trailer. I will never use Uhaul again!
