Open trailer so it had 4 inches of snow in it no offer of cleaning it out so the deck was extremely slick to even try and stand up

Your computer system or the employee checking me out was way too slow. I spent way too long getting the trailer and getting to work. Your phone app downloaded fine but then it didn’t recognize the password I had initially set up and made me go through the forgot password routine. The equipment was perfect despite the other issues.

The Uhaul app and rental process is an absolute glitchy nightmare from start to finish, but the local franchise owner was nice. He didn't have any record of me buying boxes, but thankfully trusted my screenshot and gave them to me anyway. What a joke.

The uhaul office is located in the storage business behind the gas station. There are two entrances/exits into the storage unit and truck drop off area. The entrance we entered through had lots of garbage, presumably from a nearby storage unit. The other entrance, near the uhaul office, was clean enough.

Not a usual drop point I learned, but operator eager to accommodate and very helpful and prompt.

After speaking to Justin several times at this location he informed me that he would be there until 4pm on several occasions that we spoke before dropping off the rental. We arrived 10 minutes before 4 and were told that we had to return the uhaul at a different location because they were no longer open....I asked to speak to someone else and they said that Justin was still there so they would get him for me. Justin came out and I had to remind him of our conversations prior to all of this and he just had this look upon his face like I was a major inconvenience for him. So no I will not recommend this drop off location to anyone. A child is more attentive than this place regarding customer service.

When I returned the trailer, I went into the facility to ask where I needed to park it and take care of the paperwork and the person at the counter said in a very rude tone, "I don't work for U-haul". So I asked who can I talk to and she said "he is not around". So I said none of that is my issue, I just need to know where should the trailer go and she again said she doesn't work for u-haul and "just put it someplace in the back". I backed it in out of everyone's way, went back in to get a receipt and was told to just drop my contract into a box and a receipt would get emailed to me. I understand there are separate businesses in one location but at the very least some little bit of humanity should exist in a business transaction.

The fellow at Gillys Gas was very helpful; the computer system, however, tried to charge me 90-some extra dollars for “extra days” even though my automated confirmation had given me a later return date than my original rental. The online system needs some TLC, but luckily there was a knowledgeable and friendly representative to help me sort things out.

The gentlemen here at Gilly’s were very helpful. The other U-Haul store in Missoula on Strand Ave we’re not helpful at all and will not get my business again. I will only go back to Gilly’s in the future.

The 830 pick up time needs to be observed. I was late getting to the movers because Gilleys was late. Also, I was OFFERED an extra day told it was free and am now being charged for it.

Stop charging people for a 24 hour rental and telling them they need to have the equipment back by closing time the same day! Seriously, I had the truck from 100 to 1630 and was charged for a full 24 hours! Plus mileage! Wtf sort of "business" are you running?!

Would be nice to know there IS/WAS a mileage restriction. This was NOT mentioned to me when I rented the u-haul. That is IMPORTANT information to know, because I was charged for going over my mileage. I did NOT what my mileage restriction was. NOT GOOD!!!!
