Closer drop off locations. And, 3 days prior, I rented the same size truck at the same location going to the same destination and my allowed mileage was 118 miles. This time I was only allowed 101 miles. Did not notice the discrepancy until after the transaction. Called Gillis and explained the issue. Lady said I had to call Uhaul. Waited 15 minutes before getting to speak with someone. Finally got additional miles to cover same trip but further drop off location.

I was charged a cleaning fee upon Return of vehicle and there was nothing to be cleaned. I made sure it was clean when i brought it back.

Review your weekend rates for use on sunday. Most people dont work on weekends as they attend church services or have a weekend rate.. Like a 2 day for 1 price.

I understand I was set up for something called 24/7 pick up. Had NO idea what that was or how to do it! NONE. Two hours later had a truck because the place was not open. Return? Could not return for two days because it was closed with no way to leave it. Very unhappy. Could not get any sort of help from Uhaul.

The back had a lot of water in it and my mattresses got wet , There were no furniture pads provided,no one came out to show me anything about the vehicles and never could figure out how to adjust the mirrors end it sounded like the transmission was slipping I was scared to drive it too far. The first bad experience I’ve had with you Uhaul sorry but I have to be honest.

Fill the tank up all the way. That way when customers return the truck to you, we aren't guessing at how much gas we need to put in to keep it at the spot it was in when we rented it. We can just fill the tank all the way up. It feels like a scam. In order not to get fined, customers may over fill. Not fair! Fix that.

Over charged me 10 miles but let me use truck 2 days. 8'364 miles not 8'354 miles when I got the truck. all is fine.

Dealer should make it easier for clients to pick up trailer. I had to do some tricky maneuvers in the pouring rain to exit the fenced in area at the lot.

When I did my Uhaul order I choose NO insurance. When I picked up my trailer the gentlemen behind the counter never went over anything with me. In fact he added insurance to my Uhaul trailer which I denied when I did my order and even when I did my check In on line. It to this gentlemen 20 minutes to check me out, I never used the Ingenico machine to go over my reservation with the gentlemen. Then came the time to hook up the trailer. The gentlemen behind the counter handed me my papers and pointed out the door at the trailers and told me which one was mine and told me just back up to it and hook it up MYSELF and leave. Now I worked for Uhaul for almost 6 years in MCO 757 in the traffic department. And I know for a fact, that customers are not suppose to be hooking up their own trailers. Nor is their suppose to be additional items added to customers orders when the customer had already denied this on check in. I want to know WHY is this being allowed at a Uhaul dealer? And why did this gentlemen take it upon himself to add insurance to my order on check out when I denied it???
