Truck was muddy and dirty in the inside and I was over charged for this truck

Solomon HVehicles need to be maintained better. Also, the contract is not clear. I added insurance for $14, but the final bill cost $28. The tank was not full when we picked up the vehicle; we put gas in the truck before returning, but we were charged $50+ for gas ser charges.
Eulette GHe tried to charge me again for services I already paid for. I had to ask him to clean out the truck and remind him of the dolly I paid for.

steven hI went there before my scheduled pick up time, and there was an were closed sign up, fortunately my son school is up the street, I picked him up and came back and was told I was going to get call because I’m late, I had to inform him I was on time waiting on him to open. The truck needs a wheel alignment ASAP, I did not feel safe but had to get items moved. To top it off, I stopped at the gas station to put the the gas back where it was which was at half a tank, and not To mention the gas station is literally across the street and he tells me, that I’m under a half of tank. He added on other items I did not select online making total more than expected.. overall I would definitely not recommend.

cora hI was honestly taken advantage of, the young man at 2336 S.Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd. Lithonia Ga.30058 .consistently lied about the whole situation. I rented a $19.95 truck with the fuel gauge slightly pass a quarter of a tank of fuel I travel less than 27 miles and it cost me $145.00 And for that reason feel that reason I feel that I was violate. And that is the God honest truth, and yes you have lost a valuable customer.
