That the lock boxes are on the other side of the building from the trucks was horribly inconvenient- especially since it’s a strip mall, so it was really a pain. They also didn’t provide the requested equipment (dolly and pads).

Lock Box to retrieve key from online checkout wasn’t working properly? Manager was very rude on the phone, while I was explaining the problem with the Lockbox. Truck gas gauge was on empty, and no Appliance Dolly in truck, which I had requested. Their was no lighting in back of building were Lock Box & Key drop off was located, pitch black and very dangerous! I’ll never ever use that location again 😩

I rented a small UHaul truck for $19.95, spent 4 hrs Used 18 miles and filled up the gas. Your representative charged me _58.00+ instead of $31.00. please I need the balance back to my account by tomorrow. I did not request for any insurance!!!. Too odd!!!

The front of the truck was clean and well maintained but there was junk in the back that had to be removed to make room for my things. I know when I dropped my truck off it made me take pics of the inside of the back so I’m unsure how anyone left things
