Gabriel fI used the company twice and both times I was over charged I only went 14 miles total and was charged for 50 miles and charges I didn’t agree to like move protection I didn’t ask for I got a $19.99 and $10 for dolly and .79 cents a mile so 14 miles end up being 19.99 and I want the remaining balance put back on my card

She tried to force me to buy the u haul insurance, the truck drove like crap… Overall bad experience! I would NEVER recommend anyone to that location. The owner was apologetic about his employee's poor customer service skills!

Nathaniel BHad an awful U-Haul experience! Local dealer was so unprofessional and for starters had the key pickup process wrong in the U-Haul online platform. So I had to get key access through the 1800 number after the app completed my checkout/contract. Secondly, the gas gauge showed over a quarter tank at pickup and drop-off, but they claimed it was nearly empty on my receipt, charging me about $100 for a fuel charge and 13 gallons of gas. The math doesn't add up; I only drove 16 miles with a 10mpg rating on a 15ft truck. Local dealer refused to address incorrect marking and, as I said earlier, very unprofessional throughout the process almost yelling through the phone.

CHARLES FI rented the u haul for 29.99. Made one trip to my location that was literally on Mercer the same street as the uh haul company I also put 20 dollars in a truck that was E…..out of the 100 dollar deposit I only received 28 dollars back the reason givin was because of the Mileage, I'm positive I didn't go those many mile on Mercer the same street as the uhaul company.

Michael NI had a Great experience each time over the phone to schedule the pickup, when I arrived at the facility to pick up the truck the customer service was horrible. The representative did not identify herself, she went in the office with her guest then proceeded to yell from the office to obtain my information. I've always received great customer service, I will use U Haul again if I need to. The overall experience was a good one.

Jeremy K1st off the gas hand WAS NOT AT 1/4 WHEN I GOT IT!!!!! I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT. I PUT GAS IN IT AND MADE SURE IT WAS IT WAS WHERE IT NEED TO BE I WAS CHARGE $68.00 JUST FOR GAS!!!! THEN I WAS TOLD TO BRING THE UHAUL TRUCK BACK SUNDAY 12NOON AND I DID THAT BUT I WAS CHARGE FIR A EXTRA DAY!!!!! ALL BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T CHECK IT IN AND IVE NEVER CHECKED A UHAUL IN I JUST DROP IT OFF. UN EXCEPTABLE!!! I NEED MY $120.00 BACK. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH NO UHAUL COMPANY UNTIL I CAME HERE.

Byron MI was charged for a utility dolly that I didn't use, I used an appliance dolly for 10.00 and for some reason charged another 7.00 for a utility dolly that I never used

Victor VThe ignition key would not start the engine until you jiggle with the key to find the sweet spot. The check engine light was always on. I reserved 2 hand trucks and they didn't have any. Went to another location they recommended for the hand trucks and still no hand trucks. Bought one for about $80 And rented one for appliances that I didn't use. The 2 helpers I requested thru their website didn't show up and I had to do the whole job myself. Total experience was a nightmare.
Angel PI rented the vehicle from 1-8pm and returned it at 6:30pm (notice that the rent is still for 24 hours). Their online service couldn't verify the location and time when I returned the vehicle, so I returned the key and left the car. I also refunded the car more than what I started with. They charged me for fuel and also for the late fee. I called to ask why I'm charged extra, and the lady was very rude and hung up on me ( it is what it is).
Masoud MI don't understand how I did not receive my deposit back when they knew that the truck was not clean and plus they knew that it was no gas it was on e . Then they turn around and charged my card another $6 and some change . I will never use yall again

Linda LThe A/C in the U-Haul wasn't working 75% of the time. Occasionally it would start blowing cold air. The vehicle had a lot of noise and it sounded like it needed to be serviced soon. I would not recommend traveling more than 15 minutes away in it currently.
David LGuy went in and changed my amounts. It should not have been more than 39.00. I went only 3 miles to and 3 miles back. He changed my Safe Move insurance from $14 to $28. Asked for $100 deposit and took $79 before I returned it back within 1.5 hours. The reception lady took nearly 2 hours to figure out system while she was speaking to manager on phone and said he was changing information. Horrible experience!
Tammie GLuckily I had an idea on how to hook-up the trailer to my SUV because there was only a lady there working. When I returned the tailer to the TN location the employee said the "brake chain" wasn't hooked up to my SUV. Luckily there wasn't an emergency when I was driving from GA to TN.
