I was told that location was open until 4:00. Got there a little before 3:00 and no one there. It was a busy day in a college town I assume they may have had several returns that day and would have maintained hours stated on the site.Lucinda B.

U-Haul can do much better with customer service as customers should be able to drop off their equipment at one location. The pick-up locations sent me to two different drop-off sites.Kevin K.

The U-Haul location was hidden and hard to find. It was served by a poor one-lane gravel road. The worker claimed that the vehicle's gas tank was completely full, but it was about 95% full when I first turned on the engine. Nobody was at the office when I retuned the vehicle. Nobody explained to me about the $10 additional charge (for coverage?).TERUHISA M.

I had to probe the facility operator to assist me with a broken item on the rental. Had I not asked questions and pushed for assistance I would have had to cancel my order and be left stranded. I shouldn't have to suggest solutions to fix a company problem.WILLIAM JORDAN W.

No need to improve. The owner/ operator was great, she was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time renting a uhaul and there were no problems. Everything went smoothly. I'm glad I did a "during business hr pickup" bc she explained everything very well and we felt at ease simply bc of that. We knew exactly what we needed to do. I would also suggest getting the $28 ins bc it covers you from so much more and I also think it puts the franchise people at ease too, knowing you took the care to plan for things that can't be planned for haha. Overall great experience and we're happily settled into our new place.Aaron D.

Have you associates check the key tag to make sure the truck# matches the truck# on the contract that a customer is given. I was charged $399.74 at drop off (in Michigan 9/29/19, when the truck was dropped off in New Concord, OH on 9/28/19) on top of the $124.13 from the pick up in Athens, OH.Kenneth T.
They were closed on Friday at 1pm but their hours are until 5Ralph M.
When I arrived there was no one there so I had to find a spot to drop the trailer and un-hook it myself. There was nowhere to clean my greasy hands after unhooking the trailer. When I called U-hau to say no one was here I was told to watch a youtube video on how to drop off the trailer and to fill out an online form. I chose not to do this and was told I would have to pay a $20 convenience fee because no u-haul worker was here like they were supposed to be. I guess the convenience fee was because I had to unhook the trailer my self and could clean up. Later a u-haul rep called me and said that they would not charge the fee. All and all very unprofessional and not Customer friendly.DARRYL K.

I honestly don't know what to improve on. I found service to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the vehicle was very clean and in great shape. The location was well marked and easy to find. I like the option for email contracts and receipts as well.Melissa L.
I rented a 26' foot truck for 2 days in Parkersburg WV. Nothing was available when it was all said and done. They changed it to a 20' and moved it to Vienna WV, no big deal as these towns touch. Again, I got a call saying nothing was available. They changed it again to 44 miles away. Mind you, this was a pick up and drop off at the same location. I had to pay mileage just to get the truck, almost $100 dollars. Unacceptable!Earl S.

I waited at the unoccupied pick up site for 45 minutes to have the key code sent to me, I was alone and it is a remote area. This is not on the site but UhaulJodi S.
We came from out of state to do a phone pickup and the key was not in the box. We had to wait in the heat while the representative got ahold of the manager on the phone to give us the code for a different truck. After that, all was smooth.Kristen G.

I had a difficult time with the website when I was returning the truck in that the website could not find my reservation or accept my password when I tried to make an account. When I entered my identifying info to the website to find my reservation, it just ended up going to a page to reenter the info. When I tried to make an account, I would not accept my password when I made the account. I had to get around this by hitting forgot password and resetting it.Martin C.

There is a fork in the road just at the entrance. There are uhaul signs to the right, but Google maps directs you to the business parking lot to the left. When I was choosing which to follow I chose the paved road as i wasn't sure about the gravel one and didn't want to get stuck driving a 26 ft truck. I did figure it out, and was able to get the truck back to the gravel road, but maybe a special note in the system/paperwork or bigger signs. Otherwise all was well. ¡Gracias!Deborah J.

The woman at this location was amazingly friendly. I did not have the best experience speaking with U-Haul company in Columbus who contacted me about my reservation, but the woman at Get Storage in Athens, OH was wonderful. She went out of her way to correct an issue with my reservation and was very kind and understanding. 10/10 would recommend this location!!Bryce B.
